It's a good Chromebook as far as the speed and the connectivity. My only gripe is the keyboard feels off-center. When I type, my keys are often one key off because something about the layout is skewed.

For the price, its a really decent laptop. Easy start-up instructions and set up. Still learning a few of the programs n product's included on the computer but will learn them in time. Has a good storage amount and moves pretty quickly. Just wish it was touchscreen....

Great alternative to a laptop. Still able to use for online e college courses. Not all colleges will allow the use of Chromebooks but mine just happens 5o work out just perfect

Have had no problems with glitching. Battery life, it's good.

Got it for my wife. It starts fast, good for doing email & surfing the net. She's happy, which is good because she's the cook.

good so far. between internet banking and online article reading for my dad this laptop is a good choice and relatively cheap when purchased on sale.

The HP Chrome computer work very good done everything that it said it would do it worked very quickly I'm having no problems with it the colors are good on it the voice it's good on it thank you very much

I love this because it has a big screen and it's very good for streaming. Downside is that it freezes a lot but the battery life is awesome.

This Chromebook was perfect for what we need it for. Handy size. Not too big, not too small. Everyone can use it.

I odered the HP laptop online and it was ready for pick-up when I arrived. I love this HP laptop. I highly recommend it. Custoner service was excellent

EXCELLENT GIFT! We bought this for our granddaughter's graduation. She was so excited and has told it how great it is and uses it all the time. She has plans of using it in college. We are so happy we got this one.

We love our new Chromebook! Ease of use, easy to setup. We are growing our family of Chromebooks up here at the office! Even one of our older guys who doesn't know how to use a computer can turn this bad boy on :)

It is performing well, but I was really disappointed that it is not compatible with Microsoft Windows. We really needed it to be that.

Does not work real well on Facebook platform. Hard to access comments.

I will be using my computer for school when I start next week. So far it seems like a good computer. It’s thin and lightweight & convenient for school or just to get on and look stuff up.

Good cheap laptop. On sale. Lacks directions to tell how to set it up.

After a lifetime as a Windows user, I am now a committed Chromebook user. This unit is great.....large and very clear screen....great large keyboard....and even a number pad. This may sound strange, but I also like that it is not a touchscreen. My previous Chromebook was, and the screen was always "jumping" when I would adjust the angle....and I didn't find the touchscreen that useful....give me the precision of a good old mouse. Great purchase.
