Using it from past 2 years. Never experienced any lag.

I was desperate for a new laptop as my previous one died right in the middle of an exam for nursing school. I needed something quickly, but I wanted quality. I did a quick search to find out what I should be looking for in a decent affordable laptop and this checked all the boxes. I am so happy with my purchase. Setup was a breeze, it took maybe 5 minutes, and maybe an extra 5 for the updates. The picture is crisp and clear, it has great sound, the keyboard is very comfortable and easy to read. I purchased the Chrome version and have no regrets. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it has a thumb print reader for security and easy sign in. With the exception of heavy gaming, I can't imagine there is anything that the average user wouldn't be able to do for work or for school. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

It’s wonderful. It does and is everything it was supposed to be. The battery lasts a long time. Can’t ask for more than getting what you asked for.

This is fast, great screen, and decent sound. Supports MicroSD storage. The numeric keypad is a huge deal for me, as I use this for work. Supports updates until 2031. I bought this at a great sale price, so even more happy with it.

Got this for my son to do school work and basic things. Best Buy is reliable and I recommend this Chromebook if you want something simple for your kiddo just starting out with electronics. Great value.

This was bought for a friend who had a stroke. It is fairly easy for him to operate and compact enough to move with him if he went into an assisted living situation. He is happy with it.

Computer gets the Job done its a little expensive but cheaper than other computers

Got this for our daughter and she loves it. It’s an early way for them to start learning about computers and responsibilities. You can manage what they do and see on there with perinatal controls so that nice also.

I recently brought this computer! I absolutely love it!!!!! It was very easy to setup. I love how even though this is a chromebook, there is a number keypad. It also has the same size screen as my previous hp laptop.

love the ease of the chrome book. It's just like using your phone, swipe and go. No waiting for it to load like a windows computer, and HP is the best.

This was an upgrade to a 10 year old chrome book with 4 GB Ram and was getting very slow. Very happy with this new chrome book with 8 GB Ram. Wife says it is like day and night and is enjoying being online again.
