I bought it for school use: internet was running slow compared to new Lenovo Chromebook and resolution is below expected. I believe much better options are out there for the same price range

I thought the screen size was bigger then 14 inch.

it was okay, but the speakers were on the bottom, so sound was muffled

This is more like a big smart phone - runs android and so if you are planning on using software (I wanted to use Acura for 3D printing) this is not the computer for you. I mostly just use it to watch Netflix and ocassionally update the budget I keep in a google doc. Next time I’m going to spend a little more and gets some functionality.

The sales rep who assisted me at Best Buy was perfectly proficient at her work. I am grateful to have met her. The device itself is reasonable, but slow which makes getting some assignments completed, more challenging!

I bought this larger Chromebook on sale for under $200 and didn't realize it has a compressed keyboard and is not back-lit. Very difficult transition from my past Chromebooks but guess I might use it once in a while.

I returned this product the very next day after purchase. If your NOT very knowledgeable about computers DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. Be aware of what you are buying. It was VERY HARD to get set up and VERY different than just the average laptop. For someone very computer literate it should work fine for them. My rating for this product is just because it was very difficult to get set up for me. Thank You

Got it for my Wife for Christmas had to Exchange it for a different one because its not compatible with Excel or Outlook.

It’s a great computer. It’s just that I was unable to do Lockdown Browser on the computer so I had to return it.

Its been a good chromebool for our sons school work, just wish it had a lighted keyboard to make it easier to see and use at night

Good laptop but it will not connect to my printer, which is the only reason I bought it. Apparently Chromebooks must connect wirelessly so I can't print.

very clear pics bright colors. large keyboard. Quick reaction time.accepts new programs easily. the only thing I don't like is the battery in the cord.Holds lots of bookmarks which I use a lot.Also cant seem to get the camera to work.Overall a good product for the price.

Honestly not a fan of this laptop… not the most user friendly.. and a little difficult to get school work done. Not for me.

Did not like this product. Tried for several months and it just did not work for me. I gave it to my nephews wife who seems to be fine with it. I will use the saying “you get what you pay for” as the Chromebook is very inexpensive but, in my opinion, also has very limited capabilities.

This purchase started with they insisted my purchase was delivered then i called to state it wasn’t and was returned to because product was ruined while delivered by u.p.s. At that point, i called and made several trips to best buy! I was hung up on, i asked to speak to supervisor, an lied too after many calls! Sadly, sumthin i paid for in cash was told id get with a check. Well finally i got the and its with wrong address and mispelled name. Im headed to see if i can atill cash but its another headache and fight il going thru. Not fair and alot of drama

Work well, does what I need. The ONLY complaint I have is the resolution on the screen - not great. Grainy and blurry

Bought 2. One worked no problems, the 2nd had to be returned due to a cpu issue and we exchanged for another and so far so good!

Bought it on the 12th of November and I have had no problems with it, but I should have bought one that would benefit my school.

Received defective item. Took some time but was able to set up return, although we are still waiting for a refund on the defective Chromebook.
