Huge screen, pretty fast processing time. As advertised as an open box item, it's practically brand new, no visible scratches or scarring on the screen or otherwise. My daughter is very happy with this upgrade.

I love the size of the laptop. This was an upgrade for my daughters school laptop from the big and bulky heavy computer (HP) that she moves from . I say this computer is like a newer younger super model. Especially the weight, which is light, and it is quite easy to operation. hmmmm, I give it a high score, say, 10 out of 10!

Great laptop! I ordered it and picked it up the same day. The camera has an on and off on top of the camera lens I believe.

My children love their Chromebooks and they travel everywhere with them. This a great Christmas gift from me, because they are bigger than the old laptops

I bought this Chromebook to use as an add on when I go to stay at our cabin, and I use the hotspot on my phone to connect to the internet. I mostly use it for web browsing and watching shows and movies on You Tube, Netflix, and Max. The screen looks great and so far the Chromebook works great! I realize it can't do everything a full computer could do, but I don't expect it to.

Cant say enough good about it and large and fast enough to play games and keep up with any needs!

Works great, fast speed, lightweight and exactly what I was looking for. I feel like touch screen should be something that is automatically included these days but it is what it is.

The laptop is affordable and works great! It has worked very well for us thus far (was skeptical due to the low price), but it has exceeded our expectations.

I bought this Chromebook to replace my fire tablet on trips. I was not familiar with Cloud, but it has a small amount included. I thought that I was loading picture folders on the chromebook, but it went to the cloud. Then, I started getting warnings that my system would stop receiving emails (in my Live account) and usage of the chromebook, unless I bought more cloud space. I refuse. I eliminated old emails, trash, sent, and draft items to open some space. The system sits at 98 % full, with warnings on "shut down", every so often. It is still more useful than my fire tablet, but not quite as good as my outdated Windows 10 computer. It has Windows 11, which is another reason to purchase it. I'm told that it won't install antivirus applications. That is another perk, in my opinion. The screen edges sometimes prevent scrolling. I often have to send my Yahoo emails, from another computer, since I can't scroll to the send button. This chromebook is still useful for travel, though.

Great for price for this item working good I though it’s just Chromebook but it’s more than that

So far so good. Bought for my father (80y) to replace his ChromeDesk unit.(Sadly Google stopped updating, planned obsolesce) Thankfully everything transferred over and Dad was up and running. Still uses the full size keyboard (not onboard) and uses a mouse as a touch pad is a bit beyond his capabilities. Would purchase again as it's perfect for internet browsing and emails. Wish the screen was bit more detailed but good enough as not watching videos.

Having used the MS OS for a long time. Learning the Chromebook OS has been fun. I have a Samsung Cell Phone so matching up with some Google features works for me. This is my 3rd HP laptop in about 15 years. The 1st one is still in use. As well as the 2nd one. I would buy another HP product.
