A good computer for what I need it but, it doesn’t have keyboard backlit and I can’t install it a Norton antivirus, it says Chromebook doesn’t support it.

The computer is great HOWEVER when I spoke to the sales "Expert" he did not recommend the one that would fit my needs. I was very specific for what this was going to be used for! It does not lay flat, nor does the screen rotate to accommodate laying flat. Very disappointed with what I paid for and the needs that I made very clear to the sales person I will be shopping elsewhere from now on

I bought this laptop for education and it does the job well, I am very satisfied, it is a very comfortable computer, I use it with love and I recommend it to everyone

Great for the kids school !!! I had trouble setting it up for my 8 year old grand daughter as I was a windows user. She quickly learned how to use the Chromebook and it was smooth sailing afterwards. It was a great buy and it was also on a 2 day sale which was great for my wallet.

So far so good, laptop has a great memory speed and strong processor. At the price I bought this at (via a sale) it simply can’t be beat

Doesn't do what I need it to do! I wanted a device that would play my music for the line dance classes that I teach. The person on the chat online, said this is what I needed. Once I got it home, it cannot download music, cannot run RealPlayer app which is where I keep and use my music. Really good sound but since I can't play the music I need,, it's worthless. So disappointed in Best Buy and your chat app!

We love this set up. Everything was easily transferred from our old device and it is user friendly.

We went into Best Buy to look for a new laptop and came across this one. We didn't need anything fancy and this does exactly what we need. The laptop is very sleek and light. I love it.
