A good computer for what I need it but, it doesn’t have keyboard backlit and I can’t install it a Norton antivirus, it says Chromebook doesn’t support it.

Does the intended job, works welll for my high school student

Works as advertised. Clear picture. Good size for using on a desk but not to carry around.

Great for the kids school !!! I had trouble setting it up for my 8 year old grand daughter as I was a windows user. She quickly learned how to use the Chromebook and it was smooth sailing afterwards. It was a great buy and it was also on a 2 day sale which was great for my wallet.

Great quality, nice design. Full keyboard and fast CPU make this a really good Chromebook. Used in the office for web/cloud data entry, very usable in business for this type of work.

Doesn't do what I need it to do! I wanted a device that would play my music for the line dance classes that I teach. The person on the chat online, said this is what I needed. Once I got it home, it cannot download music, cannot run RealPlayer app which is where I keep and use my music. Really good sound but since I can't play the music I need,, it's worthless. So disappointed in Best Buy and your chat app!

We went into Best Buy to look for a new laptop and came across this one. We didn't need anything fancy and this does exactly what we need. The laptop is very sleek and light. I love it.

I just received this product a few days ago, but so far so good. The only thing I wished it had was apps that people use everyday like Amazon, It has amazon prime video, and amazon kindle, but it is weird that it doesn't have the main site, where I could purchase through the app.

Cute little Chromebook, good for quick internet browsing and streaming. Returned it after a few days because I got a gaming laptop, but I was pleased overall

Good for son’s school work - home schooling this year fir first time. There are upsides to a Windows laptop as well so take time to look at which is best.

The reason i chose chrom book i have the tablet and my grandson works for chrome book and they are very easy to set uo and use .
