I wanted a basic Laptop for running Quickbooks online and Microsoft Office. The salesman assured me I could do those things as I was unaware how Chromebooks operate. It allowed me to download outlook then said it doesn’t support the app. Office has only limited functions on a mobile phone app. So it doesn’t allow for full use of Word, Excel, ect. I feel it’s probably best for online use only. If you want something for browsing and online functions, it’s great. I live 3 hours from the store and told I have to drive back to the store to return it. I cannot ship it back. This is more of a bad review of Best Buy, because I was assured it did everything I needed and I’m unable to make the trip to be able to return it.

Everything was good, actually, but I don’t like Chromebook. Never had one before, so thought I’d try it out. Returned the next day! Just not my style… too complicated.

Great cheap computer, for doing just Internet tasks. No peripherals work with Chrome OS.

Version updates are late. The price for such a chromebook is high.

junk, horrible keyboard, resolution, looks, ports, YUCK everywhere . do not buy. you'll regret it. you don't want that do you?

Not happy with this product. Bought this in Dec. 2023 for a Christmas gift and in March 2024, it stopped working, and won't turn on. Sent it in for repair to HP, 3 months later, it's still in repairs. Next laptop is not going to be an HP!!!

I will not buy another HP Chromebook. Died after 5 months. I was told that it would cost $350 to replace the battery and LCD screen, but I only paid $300 for the item. Get the extended warranty if you’re going to buy an HP item.

Terrible piece of technology. Not fast enough to run Roblox. The kid kept complaining that it was "choppy" and he would abandon it and use my iMac. Everything about it is complicated. From getting emails to using the settings. I tried using it with a drawing pad and it was just frustrating. It sat for 2 weeks as a paperweight so we returned it.

this computer is not worth the money i have already had problems with it since i bought it!

It is not compatible with windows documents and games.

This laptop is only for normal browsing & Surfing.

Battery do not last long good computer horrible battery life

The PC worked for about three months, no event. They will not fire up. It will not boot up.

Not problem with computer. I did not realize it did not run on Windows.
