Not happy with this product!

Bought this in Dec. 2023 for a Christmas gift and in March 2024, it stopped working, and won't turn on. Sent it in for repair to HP, 3 months later, it's still in repairs. Next laptop is not going to be an HP!!!

Poor quality. Died after 5 months.

I was told that it would cost $350 to replace the battery and LCD screen, but I only paid $300 for the item. Get the extended warranty if you’re going to buy an HP item.
