Love the size and it's really light. Getting use to how to operate it is challenging but taking my time and I'm sure it will be great!

Really better than just 'good'. It's a powerful and (so far) tough little thing. It was configured to have all the necessary prerequisites for the Chromebook Plus series (8GB RAM, 64 bit operating System, etc.). My only complaint is the addition of the higher end tech caused them to cut some corners on creature comforts. It lacks a back-lit keyboard. Not a problem... I guess I'm just getting spoiled in my old age.

My HP chromebook Plus is working very well. I think it's a little faster than the others were. I've always like Chromebook it's faster, it doesn't reboot like windows and crash. I like the bigger 15.6 screen too the bigger view is better.

This is my second Chromebook since my previous one reached end of life. It’s a great machine. I use it for scoring bar trivia for my second job and playing music and it is great for that purpose. I had a different Chromebook with a bigger screen just prior to this one from another brand and I returned it after a few days because of slow performance. This one is way better.

Had it over a year...battery 94% of new. Quite happy overall. For free, HP replaced track pad (and keyboard) under warranty a few months, ago. No other hardware problems. Like most Chromebooks, the 128g storage is not SSD but instead hi-end flash, in mine is a SAMSUNG KLUDG4UHGC-B0E1
I put steam on it, and GPU is ok for less taxing games.
I can have dozens of browser tabs open with no slowdown, even on bat with energy saver set to turn on "when your computer is unplugged" (instead of default "when battery < 20%).
In dev mode, for privacy can run Firefox, brave and other browsers in native ChromeOS (NOT Linux vm) (crew install brave with a sommelier hack). Between chromebrew and termux, you may not need to use Linux vm. Boot splash says "Chromebook plus" now.

Clear crisp display, great sound, excellent mic and camera. Great for work. Battery runs for quite a while! Alot nicer than I expected

Use it daily. Had to get used to the full keyboard which pushes the keyboard over to the left and I routinely hit the wrong key by habit. Screen is great and I love the cover for the front video camera. Body is plastic though but well made with little to no flex.

It does everything that I need to do. The design of the case is nice. It would be nice to have a manual instead of going online for it.

Purchased as a gift to replace a 5+ year old HP Windows 10 laptop. Wanted to upgrade to newer Technology. Battery usage is excellent! Very easy to use. Highly recommended!

Great for working from home! Very comfortable and compact to take back and forth to the office with me. I manage a busy veterinary office and this allows me to keep up with the medical software with no lag time.

Great little computer. Use it for all of our cloud based computing in our business. Pay for the extra google storage and you can’t beat it for document creation too. Haven’t noticed any lagging as others mentioned, but we have super fast internet access. Works as well as my old MacBook did.

Great laptop for school and personal use! The only thing I would add would be a touch screen, though adding a mouse helps tremendously! Even my kids can intuitively use this Chromebook
