Very nice compact computer. It has plenty of memory and good capacity. I downloaded an office suite and can generate documents and do most of the things I can do with my home computer. I haven't charged the battery after the intitial charge as I use this computer between sessions. It it better than an i-pad. I don't care for the touchpad mouse, si I use an older wireless mouse that works fine. The keyboard has a good feel. Years ago this would have been a prestige computer. For the money I can't see how it could be much better. If you purchase this unit and you are dissatisfied, you are likely unreasonable. Good product from a first-rate firm. Mike Florida

Great size and weight! Love the fact that it has a numeric keyboard! Super easy to set up and no issues so far!

Handles multitasking just fine. Some apps are performing as they do with an android phone, but others are...less intuitive. The physical features are just what I needed for school.

I am pleased with the new laptop. The speed and screen size a top notch. Ordering and delivery was just as I expected from BestBuy. I really am enjoying the 3 months of premium Youtube.

I love my new computer. It's so fast and efficient. It has more memory than my previous one. It's the easiest to operate of any computer I have owned!

I bought this for school and have zero complaints. Its fast, lightweight, and easy to use.

For the price this is a really solid Chromebook. I am able to use it for the purpose of anything needing to be taken care of on the web using the Chrome browser. The speed is sufficient for anything I’ve thrown at it. Even streaming YouTube videos works well for me. Excellent value and great addition to our home technology.

The RAM as well as the processor specs are both a big upgrade from my prior HP Chromebook 11G3 purchased in 2016, so I expected super performance. Instead this one is not only no faster, but is usually slower in connecting to the Internet. My Internet is already slow which was why I upgraded and expected much better, faster performance. The other issue is with the speakers, which deliver a tinny sound with volume too low. I need to use an extension so I can hear through the speakers and to get decent sound I need earbuds. Overall not what I expected.

The price was right ✅️ so far its doing whst i need it to do , its a nice size & it loads fast.

I am a college student, and this fits my needs just fine. I wasn’t looking for a top-of-the-line PC, especially for a computer only for going on the Internet, so this was great for that. However, this comes at the cost of the build quality of the computer. It feels a bit low quality plastic. I didn’t care too much about the AI, so I just disabled it overall, it gets a job done and I recommend this for those who don’t want to have an overly expensive computer and want to just do basic tasks.

This computer is great - very quick - easy to use - I switched from a computer to the Chromebook and I ve been very happy with the change.

I'm amazed at how good this computer is. I never thought I'd even own a Chromebook but I gave this one a shot and, wow. It actually does better handling my Zoom calls than my 6-month-old MacBook Pro. Wow. I'm shocked, but certainly quite happy!
