Very good, excellent quality with excellent output

The RAM as well as the processor specs are both a big upgrade from my prior HP Chromebook 11G3 purchased in 2016, so I expected super performance. Instead this one is not only no faster, but is usually slower in connecting to the Internet. My Internet is already slow which was why I upgraded and expected much better, faster performance. The other issue is with the speakers, which deliver a tinny sound with volume too low. I need to use an extension so I can hear through the speakers and to get decent sound I need earbuds. Overall not what I expected.

For the price this is a really solid Chromebook. I am able to use it for the purpose of anything needing to be taken care of on the web using the Chrome browser. The speed is sufficient for anything I’ve thrown at it. Even streaming YouTube videos works well for me. Excellent value and great addition to our home technology.

The price was right ✅️ so far its doing whst i need it to do , its a nice size & it loads fast.

So far so good. This Chromebook is just what I wanted. I use it for basics such as email and the Internet. It boots up very quickly

The sales person who explained everything relating to laptops and chrome books was extremely knowledgeable. We were very happy with our decision. We also had an issue shortly after purchasing (our issue). We took our ChromeBook into the Geek Squad. They were so nice and so helpful. They resolved our issue.

I'm amazed at how good this computer is. I never thought I'd even own a Chromebook but I gave this one a shot and, wow. It actually does better handling my Zoom calls than my 6-month-old MacBook Pro. Wow. I'm shocked, but certainly quite happy!

Runs very fast. The battery lasts all day. Excellent choice for the budget. I wish I could buy another one for my mom but they ran out fast.

Got two for my twin girls. It has been a great buy. rugged enough for nine-year-olds. Still going on strong one year later. It does not overheat, and the audio and video cameras are great for the budget price. Meets all the girls' project and presentation needs.

I love my new Chromebook! I had been needing a new one but was waiting for a sale so as soon as one came out I went in person to look for one and this was the best one for me. I was able to transfer everything from my old Chromebook to my new one without any problems and for the price I couldn't ask for anything more.

I looked at several chromebooks before deciding on this one. I'm really glad I went with it. It has a beautiful display, feels heavy-duty and high-quality, and is very fast. I got it on sale for a really good price, also! Recommend.
