Has good hardware in it and it is as advertised, but very surprised the keyboard is not backlit and the laptop casing feels like cheap plastic. I have a 5 yr old 14" HP Chromebook an it feels rock solid and the keyboard is backlit. Still may return this one, not sure yet.

Serves my needs. It's an easy to navigate laptop to check/send emails, make online payments, place orders online, search the internet, store pdf files, stream movies, etc. I would recommend this Chromebook.

Nice laptop. Bought it for my daughter to do schoolwork on. Of course, she uses it for Roblox. So it can handle that too. Lol It was in a good price range, loads quick and has a pretty decent battery life. Good for a teen.

My 8th grader says it's faster than his old computer and would recommend.

Excellent quality & internal hardware as the Intel core i3 8GB memory. Nice large screen with very easy acclamation to keyboard for the user. Wish i would have purchased 2 of them. Sincerely, Richard D Kuhn

My son needed an upgrade bad for his school work, this is the perfect laptop it works fast, connects really well, and he does not have any more issues turning up his assignments anymore, a very good purchase.

Works really well for my purposes. Was alittle hesitant to get a Chromebook but I am very happy with my purchase. Make sure you’re aware of Chromebook limitations to ensure it fits your use case.

Overall it has been fast and easy to use for my basic needs. I did find it a little annoying to not have access to regular applications like microsoft word desktop. Everything is online which makes it a 4 instead of a 5 for me.

I went from a laptop to a Chromebook and am pleased with that decision. It's what I needed. Was especially easy to set up and move my favorites.

This laptop is good for the price. I wouldn't have bought a Chromebook for my main device. It's just an extra device in the house. It isn't particularly fast nor is there anything special about the display.

great little device for what we use it for. simple to use for managing household accounts and basic internet usage.

Everything I had hoped it to be. Self updated to Chromebook plus immediately. As others have reported speakers are just adequate but fine for what I need

Great value. Chromebooks are pretty basic in nature, but for what I need it for, it is perfect. Checking email, google storage, etc. It's pretty much your phone on a laptop.

Got this laptop as a replacement for a previous laoptop that was given to family member. Works good and performance is better than expected.

Extremely fast on startup and working online is a breeze. Using Microsoft Office online is seamless. Battery life is the only downside to this laptop. Does everything I need.

I love my Chromebook+ It's so fast. Nice bright very clear screen right out of the box, no adjustments needed. Top quality for a very reasonable price.

I upgraded from an old Samsung Chromebook 3 to this HP 15.6" Full HD Chromebook with 8GB memory. The larger screen is so much easier on my 85 year old eyes!

Could not be happier. Lightning fast. Start up takes 2 seconds. Loads up websites very quickly. Great display and graphics and controls are intuitive.
