I recently purchased the HP 15.6" Full HD Laptop with AMD Ryzen 5 7520U, and it has proven to be an excellent investment. I bought this laptop as an open box excellent condition for 289.99. Everything was included nothing was missing, I just wiped it down cleaning it, since being open box there was finger prints and long blonde hairs. No biggie. I am very pleased with this laptop but not much memory so I bought an external hard drive that I am having a hard time figuring out how to transfer the pictures that took up all the space when I entered in the microsoft account. Ugh. Until I figure all that out, I am still able to quickly get into my social media or email and any other pages I have been on. I ordered a keyboard cover and a hard case off A****n that fits it perfectly and totally personalized mine from my bf who got the same laptop the same day as I got mine. He paid 329.99 for a new one and the next day the price dropped to 299.99. He has to call the 800 number to get a price adjustment. We are both very happy with the laptops. Sad that you have to buy the 365 subscription if you want certain programs. I am uncertain if i will go for it or not also the cloud service. It all adds up over time. Great price, looks nice, perfect size, he plays his game on his no issue, I play candy crush haha. Very responsive. Quick boot and shut down. There was a laptop on A****n that looked beautiful and has more memory etc, but was an unknown brand so I chose to go with the HP, also this has a Ryzen processor and the one on A***** had celeron. Just going back and forth with the build parts and quality was another reason I chose this one. Set up was very easy, I was up and running in no time!!

Starting with positive features. Great price for a laptop with 16 gb, AMD Ryzen processor, lightweight, and great performance for my use. I admit I am not a 'touch' typist, I need to see the keyboard and with white characters on light grey keys, I need to have fairly bright light or I can't use this computer. I knew the keyboard was not lit which didn't concern me, I have had other laptops with an unlit keyboard and have never had this issue. The keypad doesn't have buttons which is my preference so I'll also be using a mouse. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase but disappointed that it's not very useful as a laptop for casual use on the couch or chair while watching TV, etc. I will use this machine on a well lit desk or table. I will now have some additional checklist points when shopping for a laptop.

Great laptop using it to tune cars and has been working great battery life is good as well I like how quick it is also the ram is the main thing when it comes to tuning cars since you have a lot of things open and it just makes it really easy to be able to quickly switch between pages it’s well worth the money

It fast its light weight good performance its perfect for my school work its great for the price I paid I love my laptop fits perfect in a cover inside my booksack batteries last a long time even when I am out of town

I have had this laptop for over a year now (Jan’24) It has stood the test of time! It has been dropped and picked back up more times than a southerner’s butt in the summer. Although it feels cheap, I can assure you it is ford tough. With that being said, there is no backlight on the keyboard, which you want, trust me. The battery dies really fast but that’s kind of my fault for overcharging it. The screen angle sucks, you can only view the screen dead on for a good experience. I love the size and lightweight. I wish it was full hd instead of 1080p but I was broke and still am. It handles a lot of apps at once. Has a lot of ports. Don’t lose your charger not a lot of laptops have this charger. If you have the money get a HP Victus 15.6” gaming laptop.

Awesome deal! This HP laptop is lightweight, user friendly and exactly what I was looking for in a laptop. Customer Service Representative was extremely knowledgeable and helped to set this laptop up to suit my needs. Got it home, add all my streaming sites, apps needed for school work..so simple and stress free! Wall paper, etc was fun to download and customize.

Customers Service is was Great! I Was First nervous going in, This was my first ever purchase from best buy and my first ever computer I had got this computer on an amazing sale and it runs just great! And has no issue connecting to the internet or connecting to Bluetooth. You have even game on it! I have a few steam games downloaded on it it and it runs just fine and theres still plenty of storage. Audio is just fine and the battery life as well Even my cat likes it !

Excellent choice! I have been using this laptop now for more than 6 months. It runs constantly. I use it for audio/radio production and it has performed flawlessly. I can travel with it to work remotely with confidence. I highly recommend it and would buy another one if I needed another computer. (I already have 3 other PCs so I'm set for now)

The device runs smoothly I can carry out my activities whether it’s work or video editing. The fully HD display projects beautifully on the screen the processor capabilities is the best I ever had. The best laptop I have in years worth every penny.

I ended up returning this laptop. It’s not bad, but my issue is the “claimed” HD display. There is nothing about this display that makes it HD. It felt like I was browsing on the web in the year 2002. However, if you don’t mind a sub par display this might work for you. The processor and 16 gb of ram make it a pretty fast machine - if the display was better I would have kept it. FYI if display and visuals are important to you seek something out with an LED display VS an LCD. The new laptop I ordered to replace this one has an LED display - you can see in the attached picture the vast difference between its ability to show true black.

Great Laptop - plenty of memory and storage space. I bought this as a 2nd computer to use on my kitchen island for general browsing, checking email, and to look up recipes. Purchased on black Friday and since then the price has dropped twice. Each time I noticed the price drop, I initiated a chat with BB support and they issued a credit. Overall very satisfied and I have no regrets.

This laptop is absolutely amazing and the service at my Best Buy in Staten Island the Richmond Ave store was top tier! Definitely would recommend everyone to go to this Best Buy if they live in Staten Island the computer is fast and responsive and the design is very ergonomic

This is a great laptop. I’m using it to do my classwork for college online classes. It works great and the speed is amazing to me with my fiber optic internet connection. Only think I wish was better was the memory. It’s only 256 instead of 512gb. Or 500-ish gb. And I wish it was touchscreen and the keys weren’t so clacky.

I love my new HP laptop! Easy to configure and easy to use. Speed and memory size is just right for my personal use. Screen display is sharp.
