My old laptop was on its last leg so it was time for a new one. Not a Gamer, so incredible graphics and lightning speed are not needed by me. Paying bills, internet browsing, online shopping, video chats, video streaming, and some crafting design sites are all I use this for. Display and graphics are completely satisfactory for me as are speed and battery life.

Windows 11 has been challenging but I love the speed and ease of this new computer. The only thing I regret is that I did not get a lighted keyboard. I find the gray and white keys a little hard to read unless you are working in a well lighted area.

Still perfect. Bought this as a Christmas gift 2 years ago for an 8 year old aspiring gamer. It has worked perfectly, survived drops and spills and is still is his favorite present ever. He uses is almost everyday!

The processor speed is good, memory closer fits what windows needs now. The SSD storage is kind of small, would of liked 512G. The screen is pretty good, I noticed that you need to look more directly, or it is harder to see. Got it on sale so for the price it was a good deal.

Functions as intended. I did some research on functionality and life span of laptops in this price range. I determined this was the best value. Easy to install the operating system. Has all the necessary functions for school, business, and personal use.

Bought this for my girlfriend to use for home office work and travel. She likes it for the light weight and it hits all the marks for what she needs. Great little laptop for the price (got it when it was $300 off so that was a plus).

So far so good as is the case with any pc/laptop when brand new. I have had the best luck with HP over the years by disabling auto Microsoft updates and only installing when no other choice remains(typically by this time the bugs are worked out). I do this and have done this with all my pc's since XP and and update that destroyed 2 laptops as they froze during the update process never to work again. HP brand seems to be the one that can handle the delayed updating the best. Anyway, like all PCs eventually it'll slow down for no apparent reason , like my Dell inspirion desktop that has only factory apps and software along with Microsoft 365, disable OneDrive immediately! Use it as a flash drive or another words manually upload and download only. Works for now

Great laptop, does everything that I need plus more. Amazing graphics as well as fast speeds. I primarily use it for school however, there are some things I use it for at work and the larger screen makes that so much easier

This is a pretty decent budget laptop. Performance is good and thing are snappy and load quickly. The one knock is the display. Viewing angles are not so good and it feels a bit washed out. But for the money a good value.

I was pleasantly surprised just how fast this laptop operates and responds. With the included ssd and ram, windows 11 works very well. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Great laptop, good speed and plenty of storage. My previous laptop had an older processor and little storage so only lasted me one year. I got this one to replace it and I am very satisfied with it, great buy!

Good computer for the price, ease of use and set was a breeze, honestly for the price you can't beat it, it can handle your class and work load without issue, but is not going to play the latest video games.

I've been using this for work. So far, I really like it. I am used to using Mac products so this is outside of my comfort zone. I love the keypad on the side. It's very light and the battery lasts a long time.

It’s great. Bought it for my husband whose laptop was over ten years old but didn’t want to spend money on a new one. I finally just did it and he is very happy! He loves the screen size and how light it is! Thank you.

My Lenovo Ideapad died and I replaced it with this one. I love it! I despised my Lenovo. This laptop is light years ahead of it. The HP is built so much better than the Lenovo. When I put Chrome on it, to my amazement all of my files and apps transferred onto the HP, so I really didn't lose anything at all. This machine is great for accounting because it has the 10 key on the right. There is NOTHING I do not like about it. I would put it in a pretty close league to my Macbook pro. Getting it open box on President's day price of 318 was a great deal, too!

Got this as an upgrade to an inexpensive non SSD laptop. Use it when I travel for work: emails, word and excel files, basic internet use, etc. Works fantastic. Definitely punching way over its price point of $329.

I needed a new laptop and had been looking for one at a good price with the specs I wanted/need. This fit the parameters perfect and the bonus that I caught it on sale! It operates perfectly and with speed.
