I arrived in record time. Great, I love it, I'm enjoying it to the fullest. Beautiful color, very comfortable, its keys are wonderful and the system is excellent. I would buy it again, the best choice of 2023.

This laptop is absolutely perfect for me. I purchased it for online college. I love the size and weight and the feel of the keys. Set-up was simple and the screen has a nice picture. I don't have anything negative to say about this.

Just a basic laptop, I got to use in my craft studio, It works fine with my vinyl cutters, printers, ect. I had it less than 4 months and it quite taking a charge, it was a minor issue at the charge port and charge cord connection. When I contacted the warranty department I was told it was not covered by the warranty because it was considered to be an "accident" as in something I had done to cause the issue. They wanted to charge me $350 to repair a four month old $400 computer. I was livid and I wrote my story and emailed it to everyone that is anyone at HP. We'll Happy ending I sent my laptop in they fixed it and sent it back at no charge.

I’ve had the laptop for about a few months and I’ve been using it for some gaming, video calls, and watch streams/videos. Amazing basic laptop for the money! Highly recommended!

I bought this laptop for 3D modeling, digital drawing, and animation software and it handles all of it as well as gaming on steam really well.

There hasn’t been any issues yet. The operating system functions. I haven’t stressed it with design softwares yet.

It's a decent laptop, good for studying. It's not all powerful but it's good for daily use if you're student

It's a good laptop computer for daily use, except it got the black dots on the left side and top of the screen. (See picture below)
