It is ok for the price. But the batter life is really short. I calculate it to maybe around 2 hours or so before i have to plug it in. Also my number pad glitches, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt.

The laptop had some problems with the WiFi connection since I bought it. The WiFi connected and disconnected every 10 minutes. I read that it was a battery saved mode problem, bc the WiFi connection problems disappear when the laptop was connected to its charger. I couldn’t fix that so I had to return it to the store and I chose to buy a MacBook Air m2 instead.

I was looking for a good but inexpensive laptop for home use and this one certainly fit the bill. I love the size, the weight, long battery life and the ease of use of it! In my opinion, you cannot beat HP! I plan to online shop, organize pictures and save scanned documents with my new puchase! Ive had it a little over a month and have been completely satisfied! It’s a fast machine and exactly what I had been looking to purchase!

This laptop replaces a $1200 Lenovo Yoga that started shutting down randomly (supposedly due to a motherboard issue) after only 3 years. I will say that the keyboard/touchpad and screen resolution don't feel as "upscale" as my previous more upscale laptop. However, for what I need it for (web-surfing, zoom meetings, MS office applications), it has been working just fine. The processing speed, battery life and storage exceed my needs. For a basic computer, I highly recommend this one - particularly at the sale price point ($350). Bonus - it is quieter, slightly smaller and lighter weight than my previous one as well making it more portable.

I haven't bought a laptop for a few years and this one was like perfect size and the weight of his like incredible it has seems to have plenty of storage and it's got a very nice picture by a bright sharp picture and it's very easy to use and it jumps right on it's really cool how how fast it turns on okay so I would buy it again if I had if I needed to

You couldn't beat this laptop for the performance you get for this price. It is light, it is fast and the duration of battery charge is very good. For business applications, someone may find some features missing in Win 11 Home, but upgrades to Pro are available out there at heavily discounted prices, making this laptop still a good buy. One limitation we quickly found was the lack of an SD card slot. Not a show stopper, since it is not frequently required and an external adapter is always an option. The case seems sturdy enough for normal use, especially with the long hinge which avoids stress on any particular point. I have recently experienced problems with another well-known brand (4 letter), where one of the hinges has broken after very little use in 3 separate machines. Some users may find the amount of storage limited, but that depends on one's application. For home or student use, 256 GB has proven to be plenty. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with my purchase. This laptop does the trick for me. It's fast and the perfect size really. Great for online project management, has a good amount of storage, and the battery life is GREAT. Zero complaints and the price was right!

I'll keep this brief: AMD's new mobile naming scheme is ostensibly intentionally deceptive, designed to allow AMD to sell old architectures as "new." The first number--no longer indicates generation--thus, architecture--but simply "model year," referencing only the model number--not the architecture. Worse, though the architecture is Zen 2 (from 2019), this chip performs as does Zen+ from 2018. Ryzen "5" (this means nothing, anymore) 7520U sits between 2500X (2018) and 3100 (2019) as both single-thread and multi-thread performance go. (7520U is much more power efficient given its 6nm process, to be sure, but it isn't faster.) If you are okay with understanding that this laptop effectively contains a more efficient version of a desktop processor from 2018 (a low-end "3" part, at the time, incidentally), then proceed; it's a great value, especially when on sale (especially when upgrading from a ten-year-old laptop, as I did). Do not be deceived by "7000," as it does not suggest anything "new" but the "model year," itself not based on anything new but "we say so." (If you want a real 7000 chip--thus, a Zen 4--you will need to find a chip with "4" as the third digit [e.g. 7540U].)

My other laptop is pretty slow so I figured it was time to invest in a new one, and this one was on sale. 16 gigs of memory and ryzen5, it smokes my old one for sure. So far it has been a great little laptop, This hp does everything I need it to and more. So far I am really pleased with it.

Small, light, powerful. What more do you want in a laptop. With plenty of RAM and a reasonably sized SSD this laptop is great for everyday use. Student, work from home, or travel.

I was looking for a new laptop in preparation for enrolling in an online college. I went through a lot of different options before settling on this laptop. In my research I found that the Ryzen 5 processor would outperform the comparably priced HP laptop with an Inel Core i3. This one was just a bit more in price, but I've been extremely happy with my choice. The display is very good and the battery life seems to last awhile. I've been on it unplugged for about 2 hours as I'm writing this and have not noticed a major dip in my current charge. The laptop is lightweight but feels durable. I highly recommend this as a great buy for a mid-range laptop for school or work use.

We purchased 4 of these for our office. They fulfill the needs perfectly. Fast, plenty of memory for all office applications. While the internal storage capacity is not great, it is good enough for our needs - office documents. It was necessary to take the PCs out of S mode to be able to install certain apps not available in the MS Store, which is not an issue for us. The physical construction is robust, especially at the hinges. We had a problem with two laptops of a different brand where the hinges were very flimsy and they broke. Battery life also seems good for our applications. Recommended
