Excellent purchase! I have been "stuck" at my desktop for 2 years now and love that I have upgraded to this from my old laptop that was unable to keep up with all the different programs I have to run simultaneously for work. It takes a lot to keep up with all those programs, I even had to update my desktop, but this laptop has no issues keeping up and running smoothly at all! I would highly recommend 10/10! Love the size of the screen and the computer itself, the only regret I have is that I didn't purchase it sooner!

I really love this laptop. It's all that I expected plus more. The only thing I am missing is touch screen. I don't think it on this laptop, but the load up speed is great. The size of the screen 15.6 is a great size for me. The speed is good too. One more thing although I can on about this laptop, but the charging is so fast. I turn it off and charge it, it's charged in about 45 to 50 minutes. So, if you looking for a great laptop this is it.

This is not a gaming laptop. I purchased this laptop strictly to browse the internet, use office software, and watch videos on youtube - light duty, nothing too intensive. This laptop gets the job done. The keyboard doesn't feel great, then again it's a laptop keyboard. I do colour intensive work as part of my work and I needed to change the display calibration because out of the box the laptop's gamma and white balance was fairly off - the monitor is not the best. That said, once again for the light computing and web browsing, given the processor is reasonable, and the laptop comes with 16GB of RAM, this is a major plus. The laptop came with Windows 11 S mode enabled, I disabled it the moment I could and the laptop did not have too much bloatware so I was fairly pleased on that front.

Laptop is lightweight and smooth running.. pretty quick between searches and pages.. definitely will do the job. Battery time is very good..Letter and number keys are big and easy to see.. especially helpful for a novice like myself.. Screen clarity could be sharper but is still ez on the eyes.. for the price you can't really go wrong.. Thanks bestbuy!

This is your best bet for all around general use, work, play, anything! It holds up pretty well to multiple tabs of my web browser being open and handles light gaming pretty well. The screen size is perfect for when I want to watch movies and TV in bed. Battery life is good too. I would recommend this for any college kid or on-the-go salary man.

Love this HP. Works great. Been using it for a few weeks. Speed is excellent. Can run multiple programs simultaneously without any problems. Great for work, playing games. I have also downloaded my photos from my phone. If you are thinking of purchasing this laptop definitely do so. You will not regret it. And the price is great for what you get with this laptop.

I loved this product and great with performance. I'm using this laptop for software development works perfectly fine. I recommend this product to other customer. This product has great memory (RAM) so no issue for performance. Forgot to mention good battery life too.

This is an excellent laptop that has plenty of RAM for speed and the AMD processor handles everything I need. It was very easy to set up and is working so good that I bought another for my wife. Great value for the price under $500. Highly recommend.

I bought this one to replace a "high-end" Chromebook (intel i3 with 8GB ram). I haven't had an issue with this laptop except for Windows updates, and I did feel a good difference compared to the Chromebook. The battery is amazing, I can work about 6.5-7h straight without the need to plug it in, I've saved in energy costs since I work remotely. It did come with the lock/restrictions on the OS, but I removed them and now I can use it as a regular Windows laptop. Something to take into consideration is that the colours are not very loyal to the real ones (I believe I read another comment mentioning this), so if you need it for photography/visuals it's not the best option. However for work, school, or general use it's an excellent choice.

I’ve been using this laptop for a few weeks. I’m very impressed with the battery life (almost 7 hours) and multi-tasking capabilities. I’m a teacher and I always have multiple tabs and programs running, but the HP 15.6 can keep up with me no problem! Crisp and clear, the display is gorgeous and the light up keyboard is really sharp. The trackpad is super comfortable. It’s so light that I can barely tell that I’m carrying in in my school bag. It handles my everyday word processing, Internet searching, and video streaming without a hitch! I’m in love!

An excellent work laptop that I use for most of my every day tasks. The processor and RAM helps the computer run great. No lag or waiting unless you're doing a lot of things at once. Perfect for people who need a school laptop to work on assignments or office work.

This laptop was a great deal. I love HP products and this one didnt disappoint. Great speed which is huge improvement over my other laptop. I thought the screen was going to be smaller but this is actually a really good size. Lightweight, not heavy and bulky like my old one.

Great value for the price! My second HP (the last one was purchased in 2013 and I never had a problem). This is sleek in design, Overall it is a perfect HP product for Home use (or business). Very fast.

Marvelous speed at 16GB! I love this laptop! I web browse along with using documents and spreadsheets. The processor is outstanding and there is no delay. Only drawbacks are that the Memory card is soldered, so no upgrading it. Same with video card which is very entry level. Playing older games, no problem at all but newer games with some exceptions won't be as good with this video card. However, I have no complaints with what I use it for. Great deal for the price and performance!

Great size for carrying in bag. Great speed and capable of doing everyday work related documents.
