    Laptop showed up with no drivers - had to go to the store multiple times to try and get help with laptop as you could not even download them as the wifi was also not installed along with various other issues. Ultimately it was covered but had to take it to a repair place and the cost was covered after multiple trips to store and emails. It was sold to us via Best Buy using a marketplace person, per VERY AWARE on the WHO is selling even if using the Best Buy website. We did not.

    Had for about a month now to replace a similar 5-year old model with a failing battery. Works fine for my not too complicated needs. Did not realize it didn't have touch-screen which I've kinda liked. Biggest complaint is battery power usage. I now make sure it's fully powered when I turn off each day because it will have a significant drop in power overnight.

    I purchased this laptop as a replacement for a Dell laptop Ive had since 2020. I live in the UK so video chatting is very important. Ever since I brought the laptop home, anytime I video chat the laptop screen will go black and then it shuts down after about 20 minutes. The laptop is plugged in to power and I have it on a cooling tray, propped up, ensuring it doesnt overheat. I'm extremely disappointed and 100% do not recommend, especially if video calls are important. If I was in the US I would return this in a heartbeat but cannot do so from the UK so Im stuck with a $550 piece of junk.
