I was looking for something for school and work, and this option turned out to be excellent! It exceeded my expectations in terms of price, speed, and storage capacity. I had done several comparisons, and the Best Buy team helped me make my decision by answering all my questions about the product.

I went to Best Buy with the intention to purchase this product after doing research on comparable products, HP and other brands. There was a HP rep on site who answered my questions and reassured me I was making the right decision. The product is working fine for what I need. I use this laptop for emails, internet surfing, and printing out forms. I also like the 512gb storage for potentially adding music, photos, and files.

This computer was purchased for my grandson for Christmas as it checked "all of the boxes" -- memory, big display, keyboard comfort, design and was on SALE! It has exceeded expectations with its speed and responsiveness, performance and power as well as battery life!!

I needed a new computer for school and purchasing this was just what I needed to make this upcoming semester a lot smoother. With more storage and a slim look it is convenient and easy to carry without the unnecessary force to fit your in your bag, and it’s light.

I bought 2 of these laptops. Well worth the money. The graphics are great and play games great and anything else you need to do.I bought one as a gift and they are equally impressed with the performance and speed of the laptop.

my computer is old and starting to fail. purchased this computer for replacement. very happy with all the additional bells and whistles this computer has. very easy to set up. was very pleased with price as was very best in my search for replacement. pleased with purchase.

Bought this laptop for my husband for Christmas. He loves it! I already have this laptop & knew it would be perfect for him. It does everything that we need to do & at super fast speeds. And it is at a great price. I would highly recommend this laptop!

Great deal on HP laptop during the holidays. does everything I need but most importantly is able to help me with my iPod classic and making sure I can continue to load my music on to it instead of using Apple Music

A great choice for word pricessing and surfing the net. I gets a little slow if you have numerous tabs open. Not the best for intense gaming, but other than that, its plenty quick. The keys are a bit wide so it takes a few days for your hands to get used to typing with the keys that far apart bur once you get used to it, its fine.

This laptop is great for on the go computer work. Running a local card tournament to very light gaming. It runs Halo mcc & Halo Wars 2 with no issues but anything heavier like Halo Infinite or Battlefield 6 will require a good GPU like a 5070 with ultra graphics or low budget gaming with a 4060 ti.

This laptop was an open box. My 86 year ole mother needed one that was simple yet had enough storage for her photos The salesperson was so kind and understanding and patient. My mother is learning the new system on the laptop, but definitely is enjoying it

Wow so glad i find this computer it is easy to set up and all the features are exactly what i need for my job as well other projects like micro software subscription that allows me to stay on top of all my writing ventures.

Previously had HP computer and it was time for a new one. The HP had been great so I got another one and so far very pleased with it also.

The best buy service team was excellent in answering my questions and assisting me with making my purchase. I hope to come back to shop more with them when i have the money to do so!
