I bought the laptop for business and personal. I am able to run everything and have no issues. I wish it had mouse buttons and an ethernet port but other than that no issues.

Great, fast laptop - perfect for work. The battery lasts a long time, and it boots up quickly. it's lightweight and I love having the full number keypad to the right on the keyboard - makes work fast! The display is great as well. Great purchase; highly recommend.

The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable about the product and was a great help to me. My mom had been sending hint texting messages to my sisters and I about wanting a laptop. So I got this one for her Christmas present. I helped her set it up and so far I haven’t heard her complain about anything. And believe me when I say she complains about the tiniest of things. She was excited about all the features it had, especially the touch screen. She said it was way better than the one she was thinking about buying.

Excellent laptop for general use. Mayne general use makes it sound barely usable but it definitely works as a school or work laptop. Want to game you can but its no gaming PC if your looking for performance. Again noce price for a budget laptop.

I am elated with my HP silver laptop! It offers excellent GB memory, with array usages. Its light weight is advantageous for travel.

The laptop is great! However, Microsoft Edge was not set up for my wife (this is her laptop). The profile is set up for me. If I delete a favorite from her new laptop - it deletes it from my desktop. How do I change the MS Edge to a profile for her.

great laptop. Looks good. speed good. overall great laptop. As of right now I don't have anything else to report only that I am very satisfied at this time and Best Buy did good at transferring all my stuff from the old lap top. Thank you very much.
