Great value great starter laptop for a teen gaming and web browsing

This laptop is just what i wanted. While I don't use the touch screen much, it comes in handy at times. The screen is really sharp.

I love my new laptop as it's easy to use and lightweight.

HP is always a good choice but this was a steal, got it on red tag clearance sealed box brand new and I love it fast and good sound good screen good battery good system nice full size keyboard with number pad

Overall, I am happy with this computer. There are a couple things though that I do not like. The first thing is that it is hard to find the power button! This is the first laptop that I have had where the power button is located in the top row of keyboard. Usually it is separate, and located above the keyboard. I have no idea as to why this was changed! Next is the fact that the arrow key is so small, and the scroll bar on right side of computer is so thin/narrow. I wish that I would have known these things before I purchased this laptop.

Overall, I have everything I need on this computer for my needs, am pleased with performance so far, happy with my choice. The one feature I miss from my old Surface Pro is the backlit keyboard, but will never spend what a Surface costs just for that feature.

First new personal laptop I've had in over 10 years. It offers everything I wanted and more. My experience with the Geek Squad team was the Best part of my purchase. They took extra time with me to make sure that an "older" person understood the ins and outs of a huge jump in technology. I will continue to use Best Buy for my technology needs.
