Got it during Black Friday sale at a great price. It is a solid, mid-range options for everyday tasks and light entertainment. The speed and responsiveness on the machine is good, overall it is lightweight and touchscreen is smooth. Copilot features are a plus.

I am no expert but as a general consumer who has used a Dell for the past 10 years - thought I'd give the HP a try because the price couldn't be beat for a system that was comparable. That said, I appreciate the ease in which everything works. My only complaint is that the camera pixels are a bit more "grainy" than what I've experienced in my Dell computers.

Excellent laptop for the price! I got this for my 17 year old daughter on Black Friday. It’s fast, has a great HD touchscreen and I was able to set it up in minutes.

I bought this laptop for my granddaughter. She's using it for school and it works perfectly. The battery lasts long enough, the touchscreen is very helpful, and she's very happy with her computer.

This lap top computer has great processor speed to make every day tasks quick and easy. It was reasonably priced at a little over 300 dollars. At 16gb of memory and 512 gb ssd it can't be beaten.

Im not tech savvy but with this hp laptop I've learnt to do quite a few things I love that its not difficult to understand, and I intend to keep learning with it.

This touchscreen laptop is exactly what I needed and the price was the best I found in all my research. I like purchasing electronics at Best Buy..the guys who help me never steer me wrong.

havent used a windows computer in almost 8 years and its so tedious to go through the initial set up. this specific laptop is kinda low quality. when you type, the entire surface that the keyboard sits on pushes down and the keys are just a strange material, making for a bad typing experience. for $400 its not bad but there's not a lot to love.

Really good quality! And i got it at a super good price. People told me not to go with Best Buy because they mark their prices up, but i didnt listen and im happy with my purchase :)

I didn't even realize this was a touch-screen! At the time of buying I was looking more for price and value. The clerk lead me to this one & I love it! Play all my card games that keeps me from eating instead!

This laptop is absolutely great! I bought it for my husband and need to get one for myself as well. We have no complaints so far. Hopefully it stays that way.

The HP is working great. My Granddaughter did a great job of getting everything from the cloud and loading it on my new HP. The price was great for this size of computer!

I made a great choice purchasing this laptop. I’m able to write my school papers without interruption of the space disk being low. I love HP product anyway. Perfect for college student!

Works good for what I needed, smooth operation, large screen, fast startup. We love HP computers, videos are smooth, I'm excited to have it. Glad I got this one and for a great price.
