First HP....fell in love

The features are great and it is user friendly. The keys are kinda hard to see unless you have good lighting. Takes a little getting used to going from a light-up keyboard (which I think should come standard on all keyboards - at least with an on/off button for the light). All-in-all, great product

Solid laptop From HP

Geek team would not help us because it was not their tasks. The BestBuy staff "Joe M" was very patience and friendly to help us to research and showed us how to set the function, and offered to help us if we had problem with the laptop in the future. He was the reason we bought the laptop. We were very happy with the service that Joe M provided. He was very knowledgeable with laptop.

I went to Best Buy to get a laptop because my old one was very outdated. The support staff there at the Geek Squad were very helpful with me questions and gave me recommendations for what needs I had in buying a new laptop. The sales representative was also very patient and helpful.

"Old Dog, New Tricks"
