Horrible experience

Upon initial setup this was realized. I then had to return to a physical store where geek squad had to reformat the entire computer due to the previous buyer messing it up. Horrible experience

Poor Quality

Yet the screen suddenly went out. There are no cracks in the glass, no dent or anything. Is the the screen that fragile that it just goes out?

Called Best Buy customer service and I’m still waiting on confirmation for a second shipment. What a waste of time and money.

Don’t purchase

I have been a Best Buy member and also customer for almost a decade and when I called support, I was told that I should go and repair it. That is highly unacceptable. Why do I have to repair it. Because the issue is set to happen after the 14 days then I have to suffer?

Literally broken

No amount of futzing with drivers, etc. could fix it. Had to return it and get a Dell instead. Too bad because we’ve liked HP in the last.

The price for Black Friday was in my budget and this computer is fast, runs with no issues, has a huge screen but small enough that I don’t feel like I’m weighed down anytime I take it anywhere. Highly recommend for gamers as well.

Disappointing at best
