Good computer, I use a similar one for work and I figure if our tech savvy IT guys trust HP, I can as well. I appreciate the full keyboard with the number pad as well as the touch screen. It works for my needs and I'm sure can do a whole lot more!

Not a Windows fan…switched to Mac several years ago. However, I wanted something to play my very old Big Fish games on when Windows 10 was no longer supported. Good computer but still not a fan of anything dealing with Windows. Works like everything else does that uses the Windows platform.

I love it! Very esthetically pleasing. The screen is really clear and it’s small enough to take anywhere.

So, for years my husband has been buying refurbished PCs for me and they don't last long...I have a pile of them just sitting here. After the last one bit the dust he ordered another generic brand I've never heard of. I had enough and started doing my own research to find my new best friend. I found this one at Best Buy and bought it on the line and pick up was quick and easy. I must say, I love this PC! It's perfect and I have high hopes that it will last longer than all the others combined. Thank you Best Buy!

I’m really happy with my HP laptop. The build feels solid and feels like a premium device, yet it’s not overly bulky. Performance has been excellent it boots up fast, runs all my programs smoothly, and handles multitasking without lag. For everyday tasks like browsing, emailing, document editing, and streaming, it’s more than capable. Battery life lasts a decent amount of time, which is very convenient for portability. The screen is clear and bright, making it comfortable for work and media. Overall great value, very dependable, and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a versatile, reliable laptop for everyday use.

It is very fast and intuitive. the battery life is not the best but it is just fine for me. It runs games well even though it is not a gaming pc. It checks all boxes.

I've had several HP laptops and they are always reliable and easy to use. This is a great size. I have a 17-in HP laptop I've had for several years and it still works fine but I wanted one that wasn't quite as heavy and more "portable". This one fits the bill for me and the Geek Squad was GREAT and fast at helping me to move all my documents over. Would highly recommend HP laptops and using the Geek Squad membership.

I was very skeptical of moving to windows 11 due to the amount of processes and resources it requires. What a nice surprise to see how well this laptop handles the OS. I've even installed blender and have been able to do some 3d modeling and some basic video editing. Of course this is not a laptop built for the extreme demands of high quality 3d animation due to the integrated graphics card having little memory, but it handles my basic modeling and video needs very well. I'm very happy.
