So far this laptop is working great. No major complaints. My only issue is with the start up screen. I have to press ctrl + alt + delete in order to get onto the laptop which is annoying. Been two months of having the laptop and has been doing this since week two. So far that is my only gripe. It has enough memory, storage, speed, and capabilities for a professional or student. It performs well thus far with any program that I have installed for work or home. I am pleased.

Computer works great. No issues so far and its cute. I had a hard time getting my camera to connect because i am not tech savvy. The switch for the wifi is pretty much hidden and i could not find it. I googled so many times. But decided to ask my brother. The switch for the camera is at top of the computer but it’s BLACK so it blends in. Second the speaker is not as loud as i would like.

I purchased my computer for school definitely the best computer I've ever had.

For the price point, this computer has done a great job for my needs. I am not a gamer, so cannot speak to that, but for maintaining household files, photos, general research, using word, spreadsheets and power-point, and travel planning, my laptop has worked beautifully. Only downfall is there is a relatively short battery life before needs recharge.

It's a good design. The hinges are substantial. It's the hinges that broke into small pieces on my other laptop (not an HP). My sister suggested this HP touch screen model as she and her son both have the same one. I've now had this laptop for about a month and have had an easy time using it for my business. It meets all my needs and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

This has been a great work laptop! It's lightweight and easy to carry. The laptop has been user friendly and I was able to easily load all my apps. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, lightweight and comfortable laptop.

This laptop is impressively fast and handles everything I throw at it. The touch screen works well — responsive without being overly sensitive. The processor easily keeps up with my massive Excel files and loads large datasets quickly without lag. It’s been such a reliable performer that I’m buying a second one for my assistant.

Screen looks great, good speed for my use of it. Would definitely recommend and have recommended.

Pretty fast for my needs I just wish it has more usb ports. Battery lift is decent and the screen is clear and crisp.

This is a very good Laptop. Of course there is a learning curve, as there would be with any new electronics, but it is pretty user friendly. I would recommend this product.

This is a great laptop if you're looking for good performance and a lower price point. If you're looking for the "best of the best" I would probably make a different choice, but all in all, this has been a great choice if you need lower budget options.

I'm really happy with my new computer. It does not take forever to warm up or close down. The size is perfect for me also.

Happy with this purchase. Screen is a nice size, not too big, not too small. I only do word processing so I can't comment to graphics.

It is everything the salesman said it would be. I would recommend it for anyone but find it very easy for someone my age.

Have been using this since April but have noticed a minor issue of needing to reboot after starting it because it doesn’t always open right up to Google. Other than that, it does its job and I’m happy with it.
