Have been using this since April but have noticed a minor issue of needing to reboot after starting it because it doesn’t always open right up to Google. Other than that, it does its job and I’m happy with it.

My old school laptop went out during midterms. Bought this one to replace the old one, and I love it. It was easy to set up.And works well with my data analysis class.

I upgraded my laptop for college and this met every requirement. It has a touch screen, I don't really use. But has good storage, huge screen, fast, battery life isn't the greatest when writing papers or doing course work. 3-4max Charger plug is a 3prong. Chargers quickly so it give me an excuse to take backs. I love this laptop. For the price, it is amazing

Since I am not a gamer or use it for business it's perfect for the things I do such as emails and searching the web.

New HP with Win 11 is perfect for my needs. It's fast and set up was easy. The shipment came quickly and was well packaged. It's a bit smaller than my last HP but I have a larger monitor with HDMI so the 15" is fine rather than a 17".

Best laptop I’ve had (and I’ve had lots). Fast processor and battery life is great. The only thing that I don’t like a lot is the mouse pad. It’s a little stiff and hard to maneuver at times.

This was to upgrade to Windows 11. It replaced the HP that was 6 years old with Windows 10. If the new one works as well as the old one as it has so far, we will be happy with it.

Sleek and lightweight. So far decent battery life. Sensitive keyboard- easy to make errors by brushing up against keys unintentionally. Overall, not bad for the price.

I’m very happy with the laptop; not happy to have to purchase Microsoft Office separately;-(not a Best problem) nor am i happy that no one within the company knows how to update current email accounts. I was happy “Elizabeth” (?) was able to access my account in the store enabling me use accrued points. Good merch exhausting customer service.

This laptop is working well for me and what I need it for. With it being newer, it holds a charge well, it's big enough but not too big or heavy, and I really like that it has a number pad

This model replaces the HP Pavilion workhorse that served me well for over ten years. So, it is familiar and still updated. The Best Buy staff member steered me away from similar but more expensive laptops to this one. He was honest, knowledgeable, and a good listener. I'm a very satisfied customer.

The computer has a great design , easy to work with and the touch-screen feature is great.

It's perfect for my needs and I love the support that comes with the product. Next time I'll use HP services to setup and move from old laptop. Much easier and cheaper that geek squad (which did not meet my expectations).

I am SOOOO happy with my new laptop! It has everything that I need, it was easy to set up and transfer stuff from the old laptop. The touch screen will make my work much easier and efficient. The optics are an unexpected upgrade from my old HP. It's just 100% in all categories! The good folks at Best Buy are incredibly professional, efficient and helpful.
