    Great for home use but as a side note I've purchased over S1000.00 of product on my Best Buy card this year and haven't received a single reward from my purchases on my account. The card is worthless and any future purchases will be made with a regular visa or mastercard with a rewards program that works

    I like the product because its a touch screen and the size of it is great for a college student which is why I rated a 4. However, my college student has trouble with log in... it won't let her log in and when she does at times it kicks her out.

    I recently purchased the HP Intel Core i7 - 16 GB Memory to replace an older HP that had started to have issues. The new HP is fast and moving everything from the old to the new one was pretty painless. I'm very happy with my purchase.

    Vensin was very helpful and knowledgeable of the laptops. He made a normally frightening experience and very good experience.     WONDERFUL! Easy to use. Love the big key size, the large screen and touch screen features. Navigation is easy (my previous was Windows 8.1)! I do not like that the Word and Excel I purchased several years ago could not be transferred to this computer. Not fair to have to subscribe now.

    It’s so bad that I returned the laptop to different store of Best Buy I bought it. It’s going to be 28 days now that my cash 210:71cents has not been given to me, I was first told 10 to 15 days it passed, and another 7days passed another 7 to 10 days given to me is going to expire tomorrow. Why? One of your head in best buy at belateria in Richmond area told since it was bought in different stores they cannot do anything and I asked is it not same Best Buy the man refused it. In two days time it will be a month I’ve been waiting for my money.
