fast laptop but 2 issues. When i placed the order the specs said backlit, but its not and have since changed that on the decription. But mainly im shocked at how little sound you get from this laptop and how quickly the battery dies. i keep it plugged in so not a big issue, but i regret not returning this for all these reasons. My 4th hp and this one disappoints

This model replaces the HP Pavilion workhorse that served me well for over ten years. So, it is familiar and still updated. The Best Buy staff member steered me away from similar but more expensive laptops to this one. He was honest, knowledgeable, and a good listener. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Bought it as a work computer and it is more than enough to work all the task I have through the day. It will run multiple programs at the same time with no issue! I feel that this computer has allowed me to speed up my work flow by double. I preform more test and help more people because of it. Worth the buy!

I purchased a new computer for my wife Gail, and she loves it. She is disabled and can't walk much, so she sits and plays games, goes on face book and talks with her friends. It’s incredibly easy to use, lightweight, and so convenient for everything she needs to do. She’s been using it for emails, client work, and organizing her documents with no trouble at all.
