Very happy with my new HP laptop. It fits my needs perfectly! Being retired, its nice having a laptop to look things up and access my email instead of having to do everything on a cell phone. Glad I purchased it at Best Buy.

I was lucky enough to buy this laptop on sale for a great price. It fills all my requirements and is working with no issues.

My Dell computer was running a little slow. I saw a great offer on a new HP with 16GB of memory and a touch-screen. The price looked good and when saw that it was on sale, it really looked good! So far it has met my needs.

Havent been able to use it yet, It dont come with a Virus protector you have to get that separate + you have to set it up with the Modem / internet so I havent got it up running yet! waitng on the Case I ordered for it!

One of the best Laptops out there for this price. Bought this for 500, totally a steal. I see Battery is only par, but rest( Display, Speed) are really good. If you are a college student this a good deal with I7 processor.

Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful with the products, his name was Tommy. He was the reason we returned to best buys and that location to make our purchase. We appreciated the time and patience he provided! We were happy with our purchase but not happy with the setup of the computer, we had to go to another store to have that done. I think Best buys needs to relook at that process, if techs aren’t available to complete the setup for a customer then the sale shouldn’t occur or they should be willing to hold the item and not require the customer to do the work of returning to a store for the completion of setup! Now were having softwsre issues, so not sure if everything was done correctly? And you cant call the store direct, that’s ridiculous! 4 stars due to salesperson but best buys needs to improve on service after purchases!

Love it, need it for simple use and it gets the job done. Use it mainly for emails, google searches and amazon. And simple video editing.

While some games play at lower resolutions, it allows me to enjoy others withiut needing a computer hundreds or thousands of dollars more expensive. Daily tasks and school activities are better yet.

I enjoy this computer. The touchscreen is easy to use. Easy out of the box setup.

Love my new laptop! Excellent graphics and the Touch Screen is great for my favorite games. This is the same brand that I had used for the past eleven years, and the old one is still going strong as well, but is a Windows 10 operating system.

I was looking to upgrade from a 14 year old laptop that seemed like it took 15 minutes to boot up. Well this was exactly what I wanted minus the smallish hard-drive, but that was easily fixed with a 2TB swapout and I couldn't be happier.

This a good low priced Laptop. You get what you pay for as they say. I have had no problems. I don't like all the bloatware loaded on new laptops and it takes time to get rid of it. Its light weight (all plastic)

As advertised my daughter is very happy with the laptop and especially the touchscreen. Easy to setup and get right to work.

This is a great product. I easily transferred the data from my old computer to the new one. I use a mouse most of the time, but the touch screen is very handy when I want to rest my mousing hand. I am new to Win11, but it is faster and easier to use than I expected.
