Tried all the trouble shooting and clearing everything i needed to and it one day decided to not do it. Also after 6 months its slow . And i have kept it pretty clean with deleting cooking and unnecessary files wont by another and wouldnt recommend

Personal Laptop Purchase
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The laptop serves its purpose, but it’s very frustrating that there’s a requirement to setup or have a Microsoft account to get through the initial configuration. I think the laptop runs much slower than it should and am not sure if it has to do with the Microsoft account settings. With Covid-19 I have not been able to bring it to GeekSquad to have it looked at, but I will be as soon as possible.

The fact that it is labeled as a “gaming laptop” is misleading, considering it is slow just doing basic things.

Color is nice!

Some reason it is beyond slow. And it’s not my WiFi cause everything else and my old lap top was a quick and fine but this one everything is so slow on it! It takes forever to even begin anything! Very disappointed

She liked it so well, we ordered one for her mother as well!! The color is fantastic...something fun and different from the basic gray, black or silver....without adding a skin to make it unique. Color aside, the functionality is great...one of the few we found that still comes with a built in cd/dvd R/W...a plus for someone who doesn't like hauling extra parts around with her.

Absolutely hate it
