great laptop for the price,it does everything i need to do.only problem its a bit heavy

I had to purchase this laptop online since my local Best Buy store didn't have it on display. So I sort of went in blind on the purchase only having to rely on my previous experiences with HP products. I was not disappointed and I continue to enjoy my decision.

I wish I knew before I bought it that you couldn't upgrade it, so most of my games will not work on it. Fallout 3 runs great on it.

Is a great general purpose laptop. Does all web browsing, work and gaming I need it to do when I am away from the office or home.

Seems a little slow on the start up, I had to purchase a wireless mouse as I was having difficulty using the mouse pad.

Excellent piece of equipment. My only problem is getting caught up with the operation of all the google apps/functions.

This is my second HP and I love it. Easy to use and very comfortable keyboard. Am unsure of my feelings right now about Windows 10. Not as easy to use as Windows 8. Hopefully new updates will be forthcoming that will solve my problems.

HP has always been my choice for personal computing. This purchase confirms what I knew already. HP gets it done.

I bought this computer for my mom's bday and she loves it......the processor wasn't as slow as i thought it was going to be. So far my mom has not made one compliant about it :-)
