screen clarity is good. keyboard feel is good. small cell battery adds to light weight limits time usage. color coded usb 3.0 needed. for typing, emails, movies, good laptop.

This computer got really hot and shut down. I put two small tiles under it to elevate it. Once it cooled it did restart. I thought it had crashed and burned. No issues since.

This laptop is fine -- nice bright, clear graphics and all. However, I don't understand how it could have been allowed out of the factory, if anyone at HP had actually tried to use it. The area all around the touchpad has weird striations that are extremely irritating to the hands. In addition, the seam all around the keyboard is raised and sharp. I had to buy pads to use for typing, or the palms and wrists of both hands would be a mess. I never had this problem with any other laptop. Who designed this thing?

This inexpensive notebook computer is a great value. Will use this in our small office for one of our employees. It functions well and we've had no problems with it.

For the price, this is a good unit. Has the quality of HP with a good set of features, a good processor and an adequate amount of RAM for basic PC applications.

My only complaint about this product is battery life. Outside of that, this computer is sturdy and the large amount of storage space makes it easy to download and work. I would recommend the computer to a friend but I would warn them about the battery life.

Great buy for the price. Internet browsing, email, and simple games. HD screen and massive 1TB hard drive. Install what you need when you need it.

Purchased this laptop for our son. He’s been very happy with this laptop & its capabilities.

I just recently purchased this laptop and as of today i am very happy with it. It boots up fast and is light years faster than my old laptop.

This is my first time purchasing a HP notebook product and I am very satisfied with the performance at an affordable value for an A12 series.

Needed an inexpensive home computer to do basics - email, web surfing, etc. It's not the fastest, but it works well enough for basic needs.

Bought this as a quick replacement for my broken work laptop. Sales price was $350. Works perfectly and provides all the basics... of course it's not as high tech as my more expensive versions but it does the job.

Easy startup. Basic function good. Not initially super fast due to necessary updates, but once complete a good lightweight laptop

Monitor this one and wait until under $300 as "Refurbished in excellent condition". Bought it and upgrade to SSD. Good deal.

It is a good basic computer. The size of memory included was just enough for us to save information for our new Silhouette.

Though I never used Windows 10 the computer makes it easy to use. It has a helper that you can talk to and get answers.

Seems to work fine. Gets a little hot if not placed on laptop fan. Crashed once on PowerPoint the first night used.

Easy to use, although I haven't used Windows 10 before. I was using windows7 for years. Good buy for the money!
