Excellent price , good performance and nice design

I needed a basic laptop to supplement my iPad from work. Hadn't bought one in years. Ease of set up was much smoother than I thought. The only hiccup I had was that it wouldn't pick up wifi signals very long. But I took it to the wonderful people at the Geek Squad and after they did a deep dive they fixed the problem

I was looking for a good laptop for under 500.00. When there are so many to choose from, it can be a hard decision to make. I just happened to notice this notebook in the ad. It contains everything that I needed. This is a great buy for someone on a budget. It would also be an exceptional first computer for students.

I bought this laptop for my daughter who was going to call it. I like the fact that it was HP I like the AMD processor extra memory will help.

The laptop set up took a little over an hour with updates. It seems pretty quick for a lower priced laptop. FYI, online specs said there is no webcam, but there is on the one I received, and the on board specs also show it having one. Not a problem either way. Granddaughter likes it, so I recommend this laptop.

This laptop does more than I need it to do. It is perfect for so.e light gaming think sims 4. But MS Does power point and excel are great!

Being a gamer, and just disliking laptops all together, this was a hard purchase for me, but my roomate needed a laptop and this one fitted the bill for normal collage work (M$ suite). I was not sure if this was enough power for the needs required, but after some testing I was able to even play some video games on it. It delivered and we are happy with it.

We bought this laptop as a Graduation gift for our son. He wanted one with good speed, screen size, etc. He's very pleased with it.

LOVE MY NEW HP LAPTOP. THE SPEED IS PERFECT, THE SCREEN IS LARGE ENOUGH TO SEE EASILY. WOULD RECOMMEND IT FOR HOME OF OFFICE USE.

The computer was set-up by the Geek Squad and ran well, without problems. It is a good basic laptop and I am very happy with it.
