I am very happy with the purchase of this HP Laptop. The A12 processor really screams in a laptop. Great for doing email, spreadsheets, word processing and some light graphics intensive games. Be prepared to update Windows when you first get started. This is pretty standard with most PCs you buy off the shelf these days. For the price you really cannot beat the value. I highly recommend this product for a personal home laptop and would use it for business as well.

I bought this for my 13 year old son.It has been easy for him to use and works well for what he is using it for.

This laptop was my 2nd Laptop i have ever owned. Even though i don't have much experience on laptops themselves i'm still very educated with testing the specs. I really enjoy this laptop, i've had it little over 6 months and i'm still very satisfied. Everything runs super smooth even with 5-8 programs running at the same time. I was debating on getting the i5 version or the AMD, honestly it's not a big difference, i got this one and am super satisfied!

This was recommended to me from the salesman. So far so good. I haven't downloaded in office programs so I am not sure how that is going to work but hopefully it will work fine. I purchased this laptop for my son who is starting college this 2017 fall semester.

I had to put spots of paint on some keys (power, right click, left click) because the all black keyboard and no bumps to tell where they're at. Had problem reading the USB port???? Also keeps shutting down every time I close the lid???? price was good.

Snagged a pretty good deal on this HP laptop. My wife needed a new laptop for work ASAP and this was on sale and in our budget, so we grabbed it, although wanted the comparable Dell, the store was sold out. She already had an HP so we decided on that. With the 6GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive, we expected it to be lightning fast, however, that was a disappointment. In fact, it seems to download and stream slower than her previous laptop that has nowhere near those qualifications. So for us, it does what it needs to, but nothing more, and nothing remotely impressive.

I am never really sure when it comes to AMDs. I usually choose the other model (and never, never Celeron!). So far this machine is doing okay, but then it asked for a driver update for the net adapters, it dumped all of my information. Probably the update.

This computer is a great value!! It was fast for not having an amazing processed but very good value!!!

This computer works great for playing games watching movies and searching the web. Actually works better than my more expensive HP desktop. Couldn't be more pleased. I have always had a problem typing on my Gateway laptop because it didn't have the number keyboard and the keys seem to be closer together which caused me to have lots of TYPOS . I don't have this problem with the keyboard. I type at the same speed and accuracy as on my desktop.

Battery life last about 7hours before recharging and it has a good build in fan.

Bought it to beable to use it for games and school and it works perfect for both! No issues so far!

I love my HP Laptop, it's easy to set up and has all the bells and whistles with out the price tag.

Disappointed in how fast the battery discharges. After one hour use, have to plug in to charge. Seems extreme.

This is a great laptop for the price. The processor is fast and the overall quality is nice.

I use to use the old windows xp version. This software seems so confusing. Can't navigate like the XP version. Battery life is very short. I don't like it. Definitely returning this.

It's great for day to day on-the-go computing, however lack of Bluetooth card (contrary to online specs) and touchscreen capability makes the price feel a bit too high. If you can find this under $300 then it's worth every penny
