I returned it within 2 weeks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The laptop was slow, the touchpad stopped working, I was getting an error blue screen that would restart my computer. I contacted Windows for help. However was unsuccessful in fixing the problem. I had no choice but to return it within two weeks of purchase. I exchanged it for a different brand and it's running great no problems.

Not worth it

It is so slow and not worth it. It took 10 mins to start up..the. I entered my email and i swear the laptop started to freeze. I returned it i less than 24 hours!

A Disappointment

I finely got them to let me send it in to be fixed. THEN they sent me back the wrong laptop. I called and told them this was not mine and I got the run around. Both of them had the same problems. The window will jump around for no reason. It will turn itself off in a flash and EVERY thing is lost. It will hesitate as you type and some of the letters will be missing. I redownload and it works for a bit then out of the blue it acts up and it certainly is not a joy to use. The problems are endless. Now it is giving off fumes that burn my eyes. NO smell, No smoke. If I sit back it is not so bad, BUT that is not how I use a computer. When I get away from the computer, my eyes clear up.

In spite of the reviews of slowness I bought this thinking it cannot be that bad in 2018, but it is! Additionally the screen went gray within 30 days not responding to any key. Regretting purchase!
