The power button is small and it makes it difficult to power the laptop on.

Nice looking and decent price just runs slow so would suggest more GBs

I just purchased this for personal use. Checking emails, Browsing the net. Since the day I fired it up I barely use it the speed is like 1990s Dial up. I probably should’ve returned it or had it looked at to see if there’s a problem.

best buy uses the bait and switch routine. i wanted a solid state HD laptop but guess what, they only have these with mechanical HD's in stock. solid state HD laptops take months to get in stock. then Bestbuy try's to up sell you. Shame on them.

It does what it is suppose to however with some lag and delay issues.

The laptop was slow since DAY 1. I thought if I would’ve download software to help it perform faster to help and not one application helped. I AM NEVER BUYING A NON-BRANDED LAPTOP AGAIN. HP WHAT???? 15.6 UGHH. Piece of crap.

Ok, let's get this out of the way. This is a poor man's laptop. Amd processor, not lintel, 4gb ram. Keyboard is nicely sized but not back lit, not even number lock. At least the Caps lock is back lit with a small led in the corner of the key. A slow start to say the least. Between Windows 10, all the hp bloatware and pre installed McAfee antvirus, this laptop will test your patience as it will be running slower than molasses or a tortoise on tranquilizers. You are going to have to get through the windows 10 setup first. Before doing any windows updates, One at a time, unistall McAfee, unless you want to keep it as your antivirus... and then go through and uninstall all the hp bloatware. You may have to do a manual install for windows update. Again patience will be required, because the initial windows updates are going to take what seems like an eternity to download and install. Now you are ready to navigate windows 10 settings making sure you have privacy settings to your liking and making sure that programs you don't want or need aren't running at start up or in the back ground(google and youtube this). Also, don't expect help from HP or McAfee on getting rid of Antivirus or bloatware. If you disrupt the uninstall of McAfee, there is no way to get it off your computer with out doing a factory restore(what I had to do). Once you have done all this, your drugged tortoise of a laptop will be transformed into a well running and fast laptop(well fast for an amd processor and 4 gb ram). Again, this is a poor man's laptop. Don't kid yourself into thinking it is anything but. If you can afford to spend twice as much on a laptop, PLease do!!!! If you can't, please pay attention to everything I wrote; You will be far less frustrated and actually enjoy this budget laptop.

Very average low end computer nothing special does the job.

Bought this laptop for my niece who is in high school and this thing didn’t last a year, it went dead. I was and still is so so disappointed that it didn’t do what is was meant to do. Now she is without one. Wish I could get my money back or a replacement.

I did not expect my laptop to freeze a lot, considering being 1T.
