If you're looking for a laotop computer that is affordable and yet still gets the job done I highly recommend this! I've always owned an HP and this upgrade for me doesn't disappoint!

This laptop is just what I was looking for. It has the 10 key number pad on the right which is important to me. Holds a charge well. It is very lightweight and easily transportable.

I used HP for work for many years and really like the brand. This unit was offered at a great price (open box) and works very well. It is small, light and the battery life is good!

Got this as a replacement for a Dell that wore out on me. The price point was nust what I was looking for. For the simple business tasks and browsing I do, this has performed well.

I bought a remanufactured laptop. There was not charging cable, and the device is very slow. HP and Best Buy applications pop up while trying to work, this is distracting . I bought this device because I needed a interim device while traveling.

My wife plays a lot of simple computer games. This computer was cheap but had all the game capabilities & wifi connection that she needed. It freezes up periodically (probably from the games) but we shut it down & start over & it works fine. She loves the computer especially since the price was very cheap.

I just needed a very simple device to do documents and spreadsheets, check my email, watch some movies on Amazon Prime or Netflix and do rudimentary surfing on the web. I paid $347 for this device and an additional $20 for Microsoft Office. I've seen tortoises that move faster than this machine. When I mentioned how slow this machine was, Brian, the Best Buy Tech Guy, said, DUH, this is our cheapest model! The dude at the Microsoft Windows store was just a tab more professional but he reinforced the fact that I paid bottom dollar for this speed challenged lap top. I've learned to trim my nails and perform all sorts of related personal hygiene functions while waiting for different apps to load. Yessiree, you get what you pay for.

Laptop works okay. I don’t use laptops for much, but to do homework. Turns on right away, but to open any program or the internet websites and programs take a while to open. I bought a new laptop to get a faster computer and it didn’t help much

I needed a basic laptop that I could load Microsoft Office on for business correspondence and basic internet duty. This one works admirably. I’m not playing high graphics games nor am I watching movies. This laptop powers up quickly and does the job. Boring but my needs were basic so boring worked.

This is a great basic laptop for every day household use (internet browsing, paying bills, office applications, etc.). It is somewhat slow so I would recommend adding more RAM.

Computer price is cheap. It is for completing homework or surfacing the internet. It can operate windows 10 and use Microsoft office . I am glad I purchased it instead of a chromebook. It will do for a first computer for an elementary school student. My high schooler uses it . I plan purchase one for me since my Lenova idea pad is almost broken. Hp is a good product.

Great computer at reasonable price. Lightweight and easy to use. Great for school work and gaming. My nephew uses it for his college classes.

For the price this was a great computer. It works good for me although I’m not using it for gaming or anything like that just to surf the web house some files and other things

Affordable product that has all the right features. Not all laptops have a disc drive, was glad to find this has one.

This will do the simple task of allowing you to do a couple tasks at once, not too slow but not fast. Great for someone who wants to browse and use it for everyday purposes, like writting, reading the news. Would not recommend for gaming or for software that requires alot from the computer

Seems to be a good buy. Works good for me. Battery life much longer than the unit it replaced. Speed more than adequate for mobile office. Plenty of ports for accessories.

The Laptop does the job but I have only had it for around two months and it is already taking a long time for the laptop to recieve comands and start up Word, Chrome, etc. I do not recommend it if it is going to be used for oline classes.

Hubs needed a new computer and I’m always the one that has to locate it for him! He loves this one! Took him no time to get it set up and loves the ease of use.

This is a good product. It streams well with my xbox. I like the HDMI port cause I can watch movies and play games on my tv. It has great storage for my apps and music tracks.

Got this laptop for my wife for her birthday, as she is returning to school. This computer is perfect for her, big screen, long battery life. The only thing she could not get used to was the keypad, her's seemed to finicky, so I bought her a Bluetooth mouse. She seems to be enjoying it
