This laptop is very slow! It is most likely all the crap they put on new computers now. But even after turning off everything I could it still runs slow. My phone works better and it is 2 years old. I guess it is ok for the price.

I was deciding whether to upgrade an old operating system on an older laptop or buy new. This laptop was priced great on sale and worth buying new vs upgrading the old one.

This was a pretty good purchase for the price! I wish it came with more memory, because the processor is decent but may help some of the programs from freezing up with more memory. But is ok laptop for me running Second Life the graphics card is better than my old laptop.

this laptop was extremely helpful to me on my recent vacation. i was anle to store all my photos on the hard drive and have access to them. thank you I love this laptop

I bought this laptop needing a replacement for my 8 year old one. When I bought it, I was nervous transferring from Apple to Windows, however, I havnt been disappointed one bit! The storage space is absolutely perfect, its fast on internet and downloads, and when it comes to how thin and easy everything is on setup, i’d say i’m completely and absolutely in love with my purchase. I would recommend this computer to anyone!

was just what I needed for what I was going to use it for as most people I use my phone for most of my online stuff. Was very easy to set up as well

Well made as any HP product. I brought for my wife so she may work remotely for her job. She was able to set up and commission unit with ease. This was her first.

Nice laptop but too slow at startup and surfing internet. 1 window at a time otherwise it’s too long in processing. Not good for business use. Ok for personal use. Don’t expect to play games on this. Speed cannot support it.

I bought this laptop for my 11 year old daughter so she could do her homework and school projects on it. It has worked great with no issues. Was very easy to set up!

I'm not really into the tech stuff. But thus far this purchase has been great. I merely use it for my school work, havent had any issues and I bought mine geek certified used. The picture quality is ok, not the greatest but I like it, volume is loud, the design overall is great

I purchased this laptop when my Lenovo went up. Sadly, I’ve been unimpressed. The laptop is slow and sometimes noisy. It’s bulkier than I’m used to but I knew that when I purchased it. I’m mainly frustrated about the speed.

GOT IT FOR GIFT F.OR A 12 YEAR OLD. VERY EASY TO USE AND PRICE IS CHEAP ENOUGH TO BUY ANOTHER ONE IF NEEDED TO. SHE LOVE IT AND USE IT FOR HER GAMES AND SCHOOL.

Our teenager going to college loves it. Great size, easy to use, and the best thing was the price. It has all the bells and whistles a college student needs. A must buy!

Got an amazing deal on an HP Laptop. Glad I went with a new laptop from Best Buy. They know their stuff and helped me get what I needed at a price I could afford.

I love my HP. I have had HP printers but never a HP Computer. I was a little hesitant about purchasing it but so glad I did. Also got it at a fantastic price.
