This computer has everything Advertised. For the price it was a good buy. It didn't have many features but wasn't looking for much.

This computer was a great buy, the price was more than reasonable and it was a HP computer, name brand with excellent features.

If you need a computer to browse the web or just simple apps like word, etc. this I a good option to start. But it won’t provide the performance needed for several other applications

This was super easy to set up and i think it will be perfect and fast for my 9 year old daughter to play games and do school work.

I got this for a home-bound friend that has his ancient Toshiba die. He is soooo happy with it, as it does all he needs; browsing, email, Open Office Suite. It could scream with a SSD, but for the under $300, ya can't complain.

This HP is so sleek and usage is easy to navigate all by myself. It’s worth much more than its value. Glad I got this product

While I am still figuring out the new operating system, I am enjoying the features. It was certainly easy to set this laptop up.

This has worked great for me as a teacher. Sometimes it is slow to start up but the speed is good once I am logged on it.

It works, but it is slow. The performance is what I would expect from a sub $300 machine. With the lack of power, I don't think it would have much longevity as technology advances

Took a while to get used to Windows 10 but this computer is very fast and great for the price.

I have never liked the Windows operating system. I do like Windows 10. When purchasing this laptop I asked if there was enough memory installed and was told yes. However, the device runs very slowly and I think it needs more memory.

Kind of slow you can improve by changing settings to best performance but that kills the battery quickly. Wireless does not pick up 5g just the 2.4 which for a new laptop is sad. But for what my son uses it for it does the job.

I needed to replace my laptop in a hurry and found a bargain at Best Buy. I am still not sure why the salesman kept trying to talk me out of purchasing this machine but I am glad I didn't listen to him. I am very satisfied with my HP. I am very happy with it being so slimmer and lighter than my Toshiba was. It does everything I need it to and the speed is just fine for reading emails or paying bills online.

Bought this laptop about 2 years ago. It’s not the best when it comes to speed but it gets the job done . Good for kids to get school work done

Good basic laptop. Lots of memory space. Good for school work music and picture storage.

This is a vet basic laptop but will solve all your immediate needs. Excellent storage @ 1TB. Cons: a little slow starting.

This laptop is great for general use (browsing, movies, etc.) It doesn't have the horsepower to do any serious work with (programming, video editing, etc.) Also the mouse buttons are rather sticky. I'd recommend an external mouse.
