The computer is okay for the price. Had difficulty installing scanner/printer. Media player does not complete the burn cycle so the cd's will not play on any other device.

Does everything I want to do with my laptop. Came with Mcaffee security software installed, requiring uninstalling Mcaffee and installing Norton which I have used for many years. Otherwise I am quite pleased with this product

Never had a problem with my laptop. It has all the features I needed and i didn't have to pay a lot for it.

To begin with this laptop needed hours of updates in order to function. After getting through the updates, it is a decent laptop.

I purchased this for a friend who does basic computer work .....surfing, facebook, e-mail and word. Start up is a bit slow.

Straight to the point this computer is slow even to browse the internet it takes a while to load had to return it after 2 days

This is a decent basic laptop. The keyboard works well, the display is good. It has a lot of hard drive capacity. After the endless windows updates for hours, I cleaned out most of the HP bloatware and it runs fast enough.

Mom's old computer finally bit the dust. So we went to Best Buy looked a couple different ones. And chose this one. She likes it she plays on it everyday. She did mention that battery doesn't last vey long. She's retired so she can change it as often as needed. It's works fine for her.

They always say that you get what you pay for, and that is true with this will have top. It does everything I need it to do, but the battery has a fairly short life and pages tend to load a little on the slow side.

Every laptop owned has been a HP. It is perfect for what I use it for and affordable.

Very easy to use and has met all my needs so far, also other family members like it.

Got this laptop during the holiday sale for under $250!! Couldn't beat this deal so I bought it and having no regrets!!

For the price...you can not resist the urge of buying the item that will surely make buying ,a proud and very satisfied.

this was a christmas gift for my daughter, she is very happy with it. Works wonderful, has enough memory for it that she needs and was easy to set up she was able to get it working by herself. happy with the purchase
