This is a nice cheap computer. It gets the job done, for students. My only complaint is it is a slow running computer but I do like the fact it links with your previous HP.

Love that its lightweight and starts up super fast. Screen color is amazing. Just wish the battery life was better.

Bought this for my kid, works great for them. It goes a little slow at times but definitely better than the asus

Great for a person that's learning. It's a very basic laptop for a beginner. We purchased it for our father that is just beginning to learn to use it. So it doesn't have many features but it serves it's purpose.

One reason I chose this laptop was the tech rep confirmed a number of things for me since I do not know much about hardware. She confirmed it had a 9-hour battery life; it has 3.5 to 4 hours only. She confirmed it would surf the internet faster than the Acer I had that just died or the Lenovo I was using; it for sure does not and sometimes runs as slow as a dial-up service. The keyboard has grey (??) letters and number (not white); so forget trying to read it even though my desk sits right up against a window. Less than 2 months and keys are wearing off. It's also extremely heavy which I did not expect; twice as heavy as the two previous laptops mentioned. But oh well, it is what it is, not my best experience as the tech rep sure sounded like she knew what she was talking about. This was to be a much better computer than the Lenovo or Acer? I'd disagree now that I have been using this for almost two months. At the least not the best for me and golly we discussed what to buy for over an hour's time! Also the virus protection software I just tried to load that came with it actually shares your personal information evidently and you you have to watch a number of viedos to find out how to go through the steps to turn off the shareing of information. That seems to me to do the opposite than what it should do?

Bought this to work from home on. Produce was very slow. Really only good for running one application at a time.

Good computer like it alot. Does sometimes slow down in the middle of things but that is just a small anoyance

Works well, well appearing, so far few complaints. One of the hdmi ports locked a thumb drive in it and had to have it professionally removed, but in the process the port was damaged beyond use.

We needed an inexpensive laptop that would handle our basic requirements: email, Google, and minimal storage when we travel. Exactly what we got. We added a regular mouse because we’re old fashioned that way.

Perfect for my husband. He is always on it for fantasy football and that’s it! So it works great for the price!

Very easy to use like the HP laptop and if there is ever any questions the geek squad is right on top of the problem

As a Mac user I found it difficult to convert what I was accustomed to fit my usage needs. Although a great lap top my familiarity and time spent with it could not justify keeping it for my everyday usage.

Got 2 of these last Christmas for both my 9 & 11 year old it has everything they need for school and entertainment. Neither have complained at all about anything it does. Happy children happy mother.

My niece was just entering middle School and we thought a laptop would be as great a gift we can get. She was so happy to get it. She's a smart kid and I know she's going to do a lot of great things with it.

Lightweight - good battery life. I like the large numbering/lettering on the keyboard. The item keeping it from being a five star is the fact that it does not support 5G Wireless - only supports 2.4G wireless.

The AMD processor is slow. While this version of computer was inexpensive, it is not worth having a slow computer.
