This is a nice laptop for the money. Easy to use. Very nice

This is a basic laptop. It's good for surfing the web and email. It's also painfully slow. But, if you grab a $60 solid state drive and reinstall Windows 10, it's seriously a ton better, taking it from a likely return to something significantly better.

I am dependent on computer for just about everything and this one has the storage I need and very affordable. I am vision impaired and use the voice control often. As long as I have it and coffee, I'm good!

I'm really trying to give this laptop a chance but so far it has been unbearable. I have had it for only 2 hours now and the laptop is slowwwwwwww, I'm already planning to return it to BB in the morning. I am not looking for something with high performance as I bought it cheap to be my school laptop for a writing and studying tool. My other laptop is 6 years old and bulky so I needed something more portable, I'm sitting here writing this review with my old laptop because the new one moves at a snail's pace....seriously....I am choosing my OLD laptop over the new one....even for a cheap laptop this thing utterly fails.

I bought this Laptop for Christmas, and couldn't be happier with my purchase. It does everything I need it to do, speed is great, storage too. The picture quality is great, I didn't think it would be as good as it is, since this laptop wasn't expensive. My son plays games on it, and he hasn't complained once, about anything! He loves it because it's not "lagging" when he plays and for the great sound quality. It is a quality product for an outstanding price.

Great price for a laptop with so much space and Ram

It works great for schoolwork, but even though it is a brand new product they still haven't updated the processors in the HP products and since they habe made them thinner they tend to get hotter fastet.

I bought this laptop to replace a 14" Stream which will only be used to complete collegiate coursework. What I have came to discover is, there are far too many features on this laptop to confine it to a single aspect. I am an avid user and fan of HP products and their high performance allocated with a fair, affordable price. And the finish to the laptop itsrlf is just a cherry on top!

Great Price, for a Very Good Quality Laptop, that should be able to keep up with all apps that I use, not for hardcore gaming, but for the Price, this Laptop is a Great Buy.

great laptop, I bought this laptop for a decent price and am very satisfied with my purchase. The speed is perfect for what I use it for. The one complaint I have after about 6 months the DVD drive makes noise with no disc installed. The display is very crisp. I like the keyboard also with this laptop. I also like the many ports on this laptop. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good laptop at a good price.

This laptop serves its purpose. We use it mainly for surfing the internet and sending emails. We have Microsoft Word loaded on it and it works well. Bought it for basic laptop functions which it handles with ease. Not built for high-end gaming or complicated apps, but for basic use.

So like she doesn’t speak English, downloads Korean dramas illegally (instead of steaming them like a person who knows how to use the internet) and I had to set it all up for her. But the mark of a good machine is she didn’t ask me constantly to fix it, clean out her viruses or set everything to a zoomed in view for easier reading. Which means my non technical mom in law is satisfied with this computer and that is an accomplishment to celebrate.

Better than the Toshiba I had previously. Good for what I needed-shopping on line, emails,games. Cortana and Windows 10 were new for me and an improvement over windows 8.Reasonable price as HP is a quality product laptop.Retail sales was helpful in selecting the laptop suitable for me.

Purchased this to complete classes and coursework for online college. Very easy to use. Loaded with multiple programs for quick setup. Great computer for price.

I wanted to buy a laptop that I can use for school. I wouldn't be playing games or downloading any music or things like that. I wasn't looking for high performance or other specifications that computer reviewers are so critical of. This computer would be used only for writing papers and doing research. And I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars. I have always owned Apple computers and if they weren't so expensive, that's what I would buy. I came to choose this laptop after looking around as the price was reasonable. It took several days of getting use to as the keyboard and the mouse pad are not aligned. Loading software like Microsoft Office seem to take longer than I expected. Setting up a HP printer took almost an hour to do. I don't know if it was the software or what, but when I would be writing a paper, the cursor would move to another spot as I would type. I made sure my had was away from any button or mousepad. It would happen so frequently, I would save my work often. Overall, my experience with this computer would literally leave me in tears as I would be very impatient with the job I requested it to do. At this price, I knew what I was getting myself into but not until it was happening, would it leave me upset so much that I wanted to just bend back the monitor until it broke off. I have had the laptop since September of 2018 and I stopped using it for school in December of 2018. I use it occasionally when I need to and I take it with me to do homework while I am out of town. I am glad that I didn't pay much more than I did for this.

I just needed a computer to be able to work from home on occasions. This computer has met those needs plus some. Doesn't have gaming speed but works perfectly and a great price. I still haven't utilized all the things it has to offer. Only wish is that the keys lit up.

I bought this laptop for my father-in-law for Christmas. He's not into gaming or anything like that so this laptop serves it's intended purpose. Accessing the internet, sending emails and working on finances is the primary use and for the money it was a great buy.

Very Pleased with Laptop-and the help in the store to select it. replaced an old HP laptop with this one -very satisfied with it-just getting used to Windows 10 from window 7 -So far no real issues with the product- all functions the same as old one- happy with it.

This is the third time I've bought this basic model of laptop from HP. Even though they lack a lot of the more advanced features of higher end laptops, they still provide a lot of value and performance for the dollar. Also, the reliability has been very good.
