I purchased this laptop for a friend, then few days later she told me that its not working. I told her to bring back to the store, so she was able to exchange it. It works fine so far.

all the bells and whistles necessary. Plus its a touchscreen. Battery life is average but that is literally the only knock. Other than that, worth every dollar.

Since we use our phones for everything now days, I decided I still want a home computer system but decided to go with a laptop. It's good not to have to squint my eyes, and I like seeing all my content on a big screen. I'm getting older.

This laptop is not what it says it is it's really slow and it downloads really slow as well.. and I have the best Wi-Fi service at home so I don't understand why . it crashes too much as well

I like this HP Laptop. Has a 15.6" screen, 1 TB of Hard Drive Memory, Windows 10, Bluetooth enabled and DVD R/W Drive. Perfect for a home laptop. And the price was very reasonable.

This laptop is great for what I need it to do. Came loaded with a bunch of unnecessary apps and so I would recommend deleting anything not needed so that the computer will run faster.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 8 year old. It has been trouble-free over the year plus that we have had it. It is quick and was a very good value.

Bought one for my grandson going overseas. Haven’t heard how he like it but assume no news is good news. He wanted one to play movies etc. when he wouldn’t have WiFi.

We have a computer. Sometimes I have to wait to use it. Now I can work on my new laptop anytime I want. It’s perfect for me. I volunteer and can do all my paperwork as need.

Simple and fast processor. I use it daily for my home health business to keep up with schedule, accounting and ordering supplies. My son also has one for homeschool work.

If you are looking for a laptop for school ! I recommend this laptop. I’ve had it for 3+ years and no issues. Still going strong. Have windows 10 .

I think the Hp is a great computer for standard use. I only use it for the internet, music, and writing documents. I have no issues with it at all. Had for about a month now.

It works real well for my stay at home business easy to find invoices and the speed is remarkably fast. I would definitely recommend this laptop for school and business

This laptop was a Christmas gift and will be used to help with a family business. It should be very helpful in cutting time for bookkeeping and other company business.

for beginners we love your hp .also great support from the geek squard they make my hp computer easy to understand .i have access to every thing that i want qn my computer.

Bought for son who is in law school. Even the simplest tasks like trying to watch Netflix took forever. Web browsing was difficult as well. The replacement works much better.

Needed a laptop for home use, internet browsing and shopping. This one meets my needs! Good size, easy to use. Nice screen display.

I bought it for my daughter in law. She has had no problems with it. My granddaughter had to use it this year for school and still no problems.

This computer has a nice finishing look, but the actual computer itself is not that great. The display isn’t remarkable (of course it’s a low-end computer) but for a Chromebook I thought it would at least be better than it was.
