I brought this computer for my 12 year old niece. So far, so good. Set up parental controls and virus protection. She's been enjoying it since Christmas.

Required a computer to run programs to control my new CNC Router. Loaded the programs and my CNC Router is doing as I want. This laptop fits the bill.

Laptop is slow like chilled molasses. Tech support blamed it on Intel and Microsoft, said there is a fix on the microsoft web site. I never found one. It took overnight to get MS Office installed and access to programs is too slow to be useful for use I bought it for. I think a solid state hard drive might speed it up, don't want to spend more money. The non-upgradable Dell laptop I bought is faster but that won't take the recent upgrades of Windows because it has a 32GB flash memory drive.

My daughter wanted a new computer. I had previous purchased this product for my son. My son loved it so I decided to purchase it for my daughter as well.

Had to send this computer back to the manufacturer to get fixed within a week of purchasing. Once fixed it works just fine. Make sure to get the warranty through best buy to save yourself some time.

I had a very old laptop that had seen it’s day so I purchased this HP which satifies my conservative use, as I’m not a gamer. I’m very happy with it.

After having the laptop for less than 3 weeks, it was completely dead. Because I wanted in-office service, it ended up costing me $50 dollars and wiped the computer out, basically. Meanwhile, my 3 yr old Toshiba is still happily plugging along. The HP is fixed and seems to be OK now, but I feel like I'm on borrowed time with it. HP service was abysmal at best. I will spend the xtra $$$ in the future and get a Lenovo, and probably from someplace other than Best Buy.

Great screen size for the price. Has a ton of memory and the speed is perfect for my wife. Bought as a Christmas present and very happy with it so far.

This is an excellent laptop for my daughter that needed one mainly for on line usage and minor computer work such as letter writing and correspondence.

I had to have a replacement in a hurry. This machine met the specs of the old one so I gave it a try. It worked well and I am pleased with the unit.

I needed a laptop just for emails and light out of office duties. These laptops are so loaded with pre-installed software that it slows it down. I did get a great price on it though. Lots of memory.

It's so slow right out of the box and still the same months later. I have the same amount of ram on my work dell latitude laptop and it's no where near as slow.

Bought this for my wife, after my old HP laptop, that she'd been using, bit the dust. Plenty power for her purposes & AMD processor reliability.

My husband loves this laptop. He uses it to play chess online everyday. No issues so far. Would definitely recommend.

The drive is basically junk, it can barely run the OS... I've uninstalled all the bloatware, shut down the windows security, tweaked everything, and the HD is still pretty much at 98-100% so nothing really works. Basically a paperweight. I might be able to do a presentation on it, but that's about it... so I'm selling it with an old printer as a package deal just to get it out of my life.

I like it, we just needed for basic business usage. Needed for in office and on the road and it is perfect for what we need at a reasonable price.

it does what I expected when i purchased it. Dont use it everyday but would recomtmend it to anyone else who is interested in buying new laptop.mend

This Lap top is light, not too big not too small. I love that is touch screen, you can either use the mouse or just with just fingers navigate.

does the basics well; emails, process documents, slide show presentations. Need to take out some of the start up items which cause delay like MCafee.
