Computer was easily set up and has all features needed for a beginning college student.

I love this laptop. It has a lot of memory which meets my needs. The graphics are clear and bright. The battery life is very long.

I wanted a basic computer for email and stock trading and booking flight reservations. It works great and I am very satisfied.

Product has a large screen, fast processor and side number entry keypad. Sometimes the product does not automatically connect to refi forcing a restart to reset settings

Bought this for my Mom & she liked it for a while. She started having problems with it so now its sitting in a corner & we can't even get it to turn on.

I bought it because of its prize and other features like the high capacity to carry heavy files especially photos and games

bought this for my boyfriend he just needed something simple and says it was a great choice! sets up fast and not too heavy

It has a 1TB hard drive, big screen, and useable keyboard. The bad is isn’t that fast and the battery life is terrible! But it’s a nice cheap laptop for Light web browsing.

Got this for my son in elementary school. Can do anything he needs at this age, and will still be good for years to come.

Wish the memory could be upgraded. Can takes sometime to boot but I think that has more to do with windows everyday updates.

I purchased the HP laptop for my wife as a Christmas gift. She will be so surprised and happy to finally have a new laptop.

I've never owned a laptop that takes forever to start up. Simple tasks take a while to load and it freezes. Will be returning it.

Granted the computer was inexpensive but the performance is ridiculously slow. Maybe it's this one is defective, I'm not sure but it makes the Sloth in Zootopia look relatively fast, a perfect computer for him. Should have taken it back.

This was a wonderful laptop for my 13 year old. He has to use it for school and it works great. Good buy for the money

I like to say that this is a very nice product or use it on a regular basis for scanning computing taxes and other various functions movie burning and also for viewing

This laptop works good for creating documents/projects, saving/editing photos, playing games, and browsing the internet.

My wife bought this to use for school, it’s just an average laptop. Keep getting internet bugs and got real slow
