This laptop is great for the price! Runs fast and has great storage space. It is perfect for work and surfing the web.

Does what you would expect a cheaper computer to do but is not the best quality. Resolution is terrible and difficult to read.

i just purchased this laptop and it is extremely slow. I have not installed anything on the laptop, but I have preformed all the updates. I checked the task manger and with only the browser open it is using 90% of the CPU and 87% of Disk. I installed Norton and ran a scan and everything appears fine. I was not upset until I did some research and found hundreds of others complaining about the exact same thing with their brand new HP laptop. It is definitely going back to HP as soon as they open in the morning and I will purchase another laptop, which will NOT be a HP for sure. never again. Why does Best Buy even sell this piece of CRAP.
