Great little laptop. Lots of storage. Priced below those with much less storage.

Although it’s a nice looking laptop, that’s about it. It is very very slow. It lags and takes forever to load even google. It is not my internet service as I only have trouble with this laptop. It does not have a battery that can be replaced if it should stop charging without taking laptop apart. Also fan is located in the center in the middle. This makes for poor air flow and heat if using on your lap, so you must use on a hard surface or it can’t circulate the air. The price was great and may be good for a small child’s first laptop. I bought it to replace my previous HP laptop, it’s so slow that I should of paid $50 more to get a better one. I will try to sell this one and buy a higher priced one.

My wife needed a laptop to do things for her nursing career and further her schooling. If you don't need a gaming laptop, save yourself some money and go with this!

Larger then chrome book. Had built in storage unlike chrome book and can play CD's or DVD's. Far better back for the buck! Battery life not the greatest for Roblox ;)

I don't know what to tell you, I just like the looks of the machine and how it handles. It is a good value for the price, and I would recommend it to my friends.

For a low-cost laptop, I am happy with it. My old lap-top was Windows 7, so it took a little time to get used to it. I wish I had bought one that was back lit.

For the price it’s perfect for what I do. I run quick books for my business, basic spreadsheets and word documents

I bought this computer for my husband who uses it for basic things only. No gaming or streaming. It's perfect for him and you absolutely cannot beat the price!

Purchased this laptop for work, didn’t need anything high end since all I was using it for diagnostic software. Specs are right at minimum and really bogs it down. Boot time is decent for what’s in it, of course only after disabling a bunch of junk. My biggest complaint, when opening up a photo, the lag time is really sloooooow! It’s extremely frustrating for me. Display is poor and lacks pop, for me it’s not a deal breaker. Don’t care for the fact the USB ports are on the same side, and only have two. However they are both 3.0, which is nice. Battery time is decent on a balance setting. The structure of the case is so so for the price. The first thing I did when I bought it was got rid of Mcafee antivirus, it really slowed my pc down when booting up.

Great laptop for the money! I just wish that I had purchased it at another retailer. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the customer service I received at Best Buy!

I wasn't sure exactly what computer would be suitable for my 18 year old granddaughter as she started her first semester of college. After asking a few questions from the experts at Best Buy and making a few comparisons, I chose the HP 15.6" laptop. I guess I made the right choice because my granddaughter couldn't have been happier. With 4GB of memory she is able to do all of her assignments as well as keep up with her favorite Netflix shows (of course in her spare time!) I'm not too tech-savvy but this laptop obviously is fast enough and has enough storage to do what she needs....And the price was perfect for my budget. She's happy, so I'm happy!

Got this for my teenage son who’s previous one crashed and burned. Easy set up took less than 30 minutes! He like the disc drive and the huge hard drive

So far so good... took a really long time to setup the PC. But other than that everything is going ok. A little slow but that could be the internet connection.

Didn’t need a computer with a lot of graphics...needed one for school for papers, etc. so has worked well! Is a little slow when first turned on to load up.

This laptop is easy to set up. For me it ran a little slow so I eventually gifted it to someone, but overall it was ok.

Although not as fast as I would like, it has a large memory and long battery life. Sleek look and light feel. Easy to navigate. The price was right!!
