SOOOO slow even after I had an expert disable programs running in the background that were not used. Remember dial-up modems? Yeah, me too, this reminds me of that. My last lenova which is about 7 years old now is way faster and easier to use. Hate windows 10 also, may now switch to Apple.

A very slow laptop.

It was like using a laptop of the 1900s. I’d rather add more money and get a better laptop than wasting my money on this model. So disappointed because I have been using HP laptop for years and this one is a piece of character. My old HP runs faster than this model.
