This laptop does the job. It is not the best laptop, but I am able to read my emails, use the internet for shopping, watch videos.

Needed something easy to work with to primarily access emails and internet. Only used a few time so far, but meets the need, no complaints thus far.

I have been very pleased with this laptop. My needs were mostly online browsing, MS Word, and MS Excel. It performs well and was very affordable.

So far so good. Great for the simple things, or for older parents who are just wanting to check emails and surf the web. Chose this one for my mother who likes to listen to cds still and it was one of the few laptops with a cd drive I saw for a great price. Setup was a little annoying bc I couldn’t figure out how to shut off the narrator’s voice that I somehow turned on accidentally. If you are not computer literate you might need someone next to you to help you with the set up. Long gone are the days where you can choose to set certain things up later.

This is a great laptop for the price. The hard drive is very big.

Was looking for a cheap portable computer for simple spreadsheets, emails, and photo editing software. It nails it plus some. Happy with the purchase.

I bought 2 of these for my teenagers, they are nice and light. Without an SSD they are a little slow, I might have to upgrade them eventually.

I myself have always been an HP person when it comes to Computers. This Laptop Is Really Reliable & Functional. It's an Awesome Laptop & For The Price Its Really Good! I Recommend HP Over Apple Because Its Not Restricted To Anything. Yea after all you get virus but with a hard drive USB transfer everything then restart the laptop factory...

This laptop is a little bit slower than I was expecting. Not great for streaming movies and videos. But, everything else works as expected.

Needed a replacement and it works great. My old one was similar but had more power and a touch screen but for the sale price it can’t be beat

I would love to give this product 5 starts, but the only thing stopping me is programs/applications load very very slow at times and it takes a while for it to start up sometimes. Not sure what the problem is, but it is very frustrating when you are using the device to do homework... and if you're a procrastinator like me ...in a time crunch!!!!

I love this computer for my papers and presentations. Great for the price I mean not a high class computer but it works for school work.

Purchased as a backup laptop and it is exceeding my expectations. The price was a great factor in making my purchase and am very glad I did.

This laptop is ok for just basic usage but don't expect it to go too fast. It takes about 30 secs to a minute just to open a browser. We bought 2 of them and they both are the same. We bought them over a year ago and since we bought them, and with all the home schooling and working from home, they just can't keep up. We had to buy new ones last year.

I bought it open box and it’s a bit slow for a new laptop, however it is a great laptop and runs every program and application I need.

It's good For a starting laptop it does need more Ram and it also could use a SSD hard drive other than that it's good for the money.
