I’ve tried everything to hook a printer to this even bought a DVD reader to run the cd and it won’t work.

monitor came with a crack that was not noticeable until it went out completely. geek squad did nothing to help fix it nor did HP when i contacted them

Computer I purchase is slow and I can access all the app wants me to pay for it so I have no use for computer

The setup software doesn't work on HP laptop. The same setup software works fine with HP PC.

had it 3 days and it wouldn't turn on, brought back for refund and bought a different laptop

I am enjoying using my new HP laptop. Its lightness makes it easy to transport and the raised keyboard makes typing simple. The laptop and my Internet service speeds make for fast transmission and receipt of information. Combined with the reasonable price has made this a good purchase.

Great computer for the price ! I use it on my desktop with a remote keyboard and mouse so the keyboard is no issue for me. I removed the S option so I could download Google Chrome because Microsoft made edge useless for me by adding marketing ads into the collections pane. Plus, I like the freedom to decide what I want to download (software tools, apps for guitar amps, etc.)I use it for Browsing and home use. no gaming.

I am very satisfied with the laptop, with the exception of the light colored letters on the keyboard. Not enough contrast. It was a great buy for the price. I am very upset because I cannot get a receipt for my online purchase. I have contacted 3 different people without any success.

Bought this laptop online and picked it up at the store. Super easy way to get the laptop I wanted. Easy to copy the data from the old computer to this one and not miss a beat in my office. Customer service was excellent.

Its a christmas gift for a grand child, i bought 2 of them but only received 1 xbox card. Will review again once the grandkids open their computers, good price and memory for them.
