Excellent laptop for the money, coming from a 5+ year old laptop to this is night and day. Only tiny issue is the USB ports are so small I have to jam in my USB memory sticks, which always makes me worry I'm going to break something

Wonderful little powerhouse, I got this for my Granddaughter for school and she loves it. I gave it a little run myself to test it out. Comes with Windows 11 s mode, So our Microsoft package transferred well. You won't regret buying it, but know that it is not specifically for gaming, I would say light gaming.

No surprises. Started up flawlessly. Recommend a startup button that is not so recessed into the keyboard. Also recommend that Windows allow non-authorized (by Windows) programs to install without having to search through "setup" to turn off this default.

I love this Big screen although I’m considering to purchase a lil one also for a better carrier

Greetings The reason why I pick 5 star is because I am vision impaired and this Hp works great for me and I like it! The geek tech was amazing by setting everything up and given me a great orientation on the Hp computer.

I’ve had this for over 1 month now. It works well for the first few weeks. when it comes to daily tasks, it can get it done and hardly lags but for some reason the battery drains to quick. I left it over night with around 80% battery on standby mode while closed and by the time I woke up the next morning it was completely dead and charged up in about 10-20 min. I might have got a faulty unit with a bad battery. Over all if you buy one, your experience might be better than my own.

Great quality laptop! I use it every day and it still looks and runs like it’s brand new!

I thought I was going to wait until next year to upgrade from my 2010 laptop due to budget reasons, but this deal allowed me to upgrade now! I didn't realize how much I was suffering with my old computer lol
